Stayed for three nights in a row. On the first night, I caught a cold due to water leaking from the shower faucet. Ctrip promptly solved the problem and changed my room the next day. The location is in the city center. There is a big supermarket opposite and it is convenient to go anywhere.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a large supermarket opposite and there are many bus stops nearby. There is also a city light rail. It is very convenient to take the bus from the hotel to South Beach. South Beach and the light rail to Miami International Airport are very convenient.

The view of the hotel in downtown Miami is of course very good and worth admiring, and the service is also very good. After all, it is a Grand Hyatt HYATT, so overall it is guaranteed. The buffet in the breakfast restaurant is open until 12:00 in the morning, which is really good news, and the selection will be very rich. If possible, you can choose a room on a high floor to enjoy the view.

The hotel lobby environment is very creative, with a strong southern flavor. The dessert stand in the hotel lobby provides excellent service. The location of the hotel is also good, in the financial district of Miami, with easy access. This shows that the service at the front desk was not professional enough. The room I changed was clean, but the location and floor were not ideal. I went to the front desk to negotiate to no avail. I was a bit dissatisfied with the service attitude at the front desk.

The hotel is located in the city center. If you don't want to go to the beach, it's very convenient to stay here. It takes about ten minutes to walk to a pier park, where there are bars for eating. There is also a small rail train near the hotel, which is free and can go directly to a very distinctive large shopping mall on 8th Avenue. The hotel room is quite large, and the facilities are generally not high-end, but it is still quite comfortable overall.
