Horrible will never stay again. We had to change rooms 3 times because the AC wasn’t working in none of them. The last room cooled a bit but not much but I was so tired I decided to stay. Worst mistake ever. The bed was so hard and old me and my boyfriend woke up with the worst back ache. I was in so much pain I could not get out of bed without his help. I was crying if the pain in my back and I had a flight an hour after. The lady took forever for the last switch said the computer wasn’t working. This was at 3 am I was so tired and I had a flight leaving at 7. I barely slept 3 hours and it messed up my back so much. The curtains don’t completely close so you’re going to get all the light from the gas station. And the rooms were not very clean. DO NOT RECOMMEND

But I will try my best to answer your questions. facility: Parking: Additional parking fee for all guests: 12.5 USD per day. laundry room: Hotel chosen for laundry. Stayed for three nights. Although there is a laundry room, there is only one washing machine and one dryer in the whole building. Crowded every night. The people here are not very used to it. Even if your washing process is not completed, the other party thinks that you have washed enough, and will directly take out your clothes and start washing his own clothes. (quite incredible) The same is true for drying clothes. Your drying time has not yet come, and the other party thinks that you have finished drying, and will directly take out your clothes and start drying his own clothes. (Pretty incredible, especially since my clothes are still dry!) If you choose this place because of the laundry room, you must have the determination to fight with him: guard your clothes for three hours. food: The breakfast, although called "Continental Breakfast", is average. On the day we arrived, it was impressive that the tub vents were not cleaned of hairs.

All aspects are very good, clean and tidy, but too far, there is nothing around, only a coffee shop, breakfast is good. today If you don't drive by yourself, don't live here.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and only 5 minutes by Uber. What if my pricing is a bit dirty.

On the whole. acceptable but Hotel somewhat tired and beginning to show age. No in room safe. Staff 1st Class cannot do enough to ensure everything to your satisfaction.

Overall the hotel was good!! I was staying at the hotel after a cruise. I wanted to do some laundry to have clean clothes to travel home with. I was able to wash my laundry. However, when I went to put the stuff in the dryer I put my 2.00 in the dryer and went to start start it. And it wouldn’t start. So, I went to my room to call the front desk! She informed me that no one was available to fix it. She would send up the security to check it out. She then stated did you try to put more money in it? I said No I put the 2.00. She said sometimes if you put more money in it works…. Seriously can you come put 2.00 in it to see if it works. So, now I have to bring all my clothes to the room and hang them all around the room in hopes that they dry in about 8-9 hours. She said someone can check it out at 9 when they come in. No one has anything to me. Don’t offer to give me my 2.00 back! I didn’t care about the 2.00. More of the principal behind it.. but other then that the hotel was good.

People at the front desk were awesome. Unfortunately we arrived later in the evening and airport shuttle was not available

Shuttle service was very poor. We called and waited 1 hour and when the shuttle ship up it’s was full and the driver didn’t care that we have waiting that long. We have to Uber to the hotel.

Hot tub out of service. Room had a carpet fresh odor which I did not like. Hotel is nice, but not a great part of town. Staff was friendly. Room and beds comfortable

Don’t bother taking the free shuttle from the airport they’re very rude and no point waiting over an hour horrible just take an Uber

We had reservations, conformation numbers, but after a 12 hour travel day coming from the airport, at 6:00 pm, we were told they had no rooms available for us. I had emails of confirmation but they would not honor it. I had charged it charged to my credit card so they were paid for this reservation.

Had 2 bedrooms. One of them smelled like mildew. Conditioner bottle already almost out on our 1st day. No microwaves in the rooms which is very inconvenient. Very tiny pool. One of the elevators is not working. Good thing is you can ask for late check out.

Very quiet. Staff is TOPS. Early check-in was easy. Karen at the front desk was Awesome. Edgar of transportation gave us the Best Service Ever.
