Hampton Inn & Suites Miami-Airport South-Blue Lagoon
4.3/5103 Reviews
The room is good, clean, has a parking lot, 18 knives a day. There is coffee in the lobby, hot water, and hot water is convenient. The bath water is very good, I don’t know why the washing water is very small, I am tired by plane, I am too lazy to change the room.
Motel 6 - Miami, FL – Miami International Airport
3.5/5102 Reviews
Well, to start with it was more than twice the price I am used to for a Motel 6 (but it's been more than a decade since I priced one). For the area, proximity to the airport, and a quick stop, it was just what I needed. Others have had a lot of negative things to say about it (and I understand some of the comments about the sketchiness), but for me it was perfect. The bed was VERY comfortable. Slept hard and fast.
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Miami Airport North

I stayed here for one night, and booked last minute once I discovered my airline had lost my luggage and I would have to stick around until they flew it here from Canada. Service from the receptionist was super friendly and efficient and the hotel room was tastefully newly-renovated and exceptionally clean! I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I must say I was a little skeptical, based on all the reviews of hotel properties in the nearby area... I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely recommend this location. Thank you for a great stay!
Holiday Inn Miami-Doral Area, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast for ten dollars a person, very good, fruit, milk, bacon, bread are very good, at least in the rules. The waiter industry is very enthusiastic. I have been asking if I want to sip coffee. When I see people at the front desk, I am smiling and very kind. The surrounding parking lot is quite big, there are McDonald's and sushi restaurants nearby, and it takes ten minutes to get to the airport. The price is quite high.
Hyatt Place Miami Airport Doral

The hotel is a short distance from the airport, but it takes twenty minutes to actually take the shuttle bus. And the shuttle to the airport was only one hour before the start of the train. No noise, very quiet. I can't hear the roar of the plane. Small and exquisite, breakfast local buffet no one service, the choice is more limited. The service staff are bilingual English-speaking talents and the service attitude is very good. I went for a walk and came back and sent me two bottles of water. There is no water in the room. If you buy it, you need a bottle of 2.8 dollars. The room is very big, if you value the area, the price is very high. Booked a single bed room, directly gave me a suite of twin beds, plus the sofa can actually live three people. Explain that as long as it is not a busy season, it can still be changed after going. The overall is very good. Very good impression.
Miccosukee Casino & Resort

I am reading some ugly reviews that may be unfair and based on unreasonable expectations. First, if you're expecting Las Vegas then maybe you should go to Las Vegas. If you want a great getaway and a lovely room at an affordable price and fun gaming this is it. I was on my way home from a flight into FLL and I was very tired and the GPS reported an hour and a half accident on the way home to Key West. At that moment I was approaching The Miccosukee Resort & ****** and I recalled what they did during Hurricane Irma for myself and many others. We were allowed to camp on a carpeted mezzanine (the rooms were full) and they gave us linens and pillows and treated us as if we were paying guests. I spent four nights until there was finally gasoline available to drive away. With a heart full of gratitude I swore I was coming back as a patron as I remembered the hospitality I was given and at no cost to me. Well this was the perfect time to check myself in. When I opened the door to the room I was so pleased that I decided to extend my vacation and I went back to the front desk to book another night. I did this again and again until I had stayed for four nights; I enjoyed the place that much. The accommodations were clean and just refreshing. The people that work at this resort were wonderful to me. I enjoyed being there so much that I am planning to go back in May and I am bringing a friend. To a few of the authors of some bad reviews I've read I'm wondering what you were looking for because personally I don't expect a five star hotel for under $200 a night. And one review even suggests the slots are set so they are hard to win so my guess is that if you think ANY ****** has games that are designed to win you may be tripping. I give this place five stars because I had a five star experience. It appears that the bad reviews are also the ones that were at least two years old and perhaps they've made some improvements; I do not know. I am inclined to defend this resort not only for my recent visit which was outstanding but too for the kindness they extended to me freely (literally) in the past when they were not obligated to do so. Honestly, I am not a seasoned gambler nor have I been to Vegas but my visit was excellent even if there had been no gambling available. I have decided since the drive is less than three hours away and less expensive than my typical vacation that I will be going there often. Thank you Miccosukee ❤️!!!
