Seaside All Suites Hotel

Very good small hotel with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, electric stove can cook by yourself, even safe. Very close to the beach, about 100 meters walk, there is free parking, but there are not many parking spaces. At night, there is no parking space to stop at the public bust across the road. It is free from 6pm to 8am. Easy check in and easy check out. Meet all my needs, good

Harding Miami Beach Apartments

My elderly parents stayed at Harding Miami Beach Apartments for a super long stay of 5 months from February 2020 to end of June 2020. The Covid-19 Pandemia had forced them to extend their original stay (2 months) to the maximum allowed by Immigration at that time. We appreciated the availability and resolution of the assignment of the best possible apartment (large, comfortable, quiet, clean and with adequate refrigerator to face Miami lockdown), which has eased the discomfort for the external situation (flights canceled, lockdown, forced stay, etc.) We could never thank enough the great attitude of Maritza and Roberto, they have been very helpful during my parents stay, understanding and with a special care for them. Also the timing interventions on routine things (coins for laundry, bulb change, air conditioning maintenance, etc.) was perfect. Overall rating: very positive, to recommend to friends and relatives.
Beachside All Suites Hotel

The location is in North Beach, very close to the sea, across the street! Four or five streets from the dining area! The surrounding environment is definitely not as good as Lincoln Mall near 16th Street. But the price is reasonable and parking is convenient. There is a problem. The hotel address provided by Ctrip is not the hotel check-in address. The check-in front desk is at Collins Ave 7500. After checkin, the rooms may be allocated in different buildings on different streets!

Hotel is only separated from the beach by the bike path. There is ample screening between the bike path and the pool which abuts it. The hotel is clean but worn out. The very narrow tub has glass doors which makes it cramped. The tub was stained. The room I had on 4th floor was described as renovated but it was not. It had a small dinette which was stocked with dishes and pots etc. It had a small mini fridge any hotel room would have. It did have a dishwasher. When the sofa bed was out it took up all available space. The king bed also left little room to get by. The bedroom had only a window shade which did not block all the morning light. Many people had already jammed it onto the sill to make it better but broke the wooden rod inside the shade. The bathroom fan is hooked up to the light and sounded like an airplane landing, very loud and annoying. If anyone ever had a bad wheel bearing on your car it was just like that. Only one elevator worked and is limited to two people. My room was next to the non-working elevator which meant walking 2/3 of the way down one hall all the way down the next hall and 2/3 of the way down the third hall. The bed was adequate. The pool required walking into an alley with astro turf leading 30 feet to the pool behind the building. There are at least 6 large rat traps on the way. The pool was clean but a lot of grout was missing, so tiles should be falling out soon. The bathroom for the pool was inside after going all the way down the astro turf alleyway. The beach chairs and umbrellas pictured on the site of the hotel are not included in their resort fee, you must pay extra for those, but you do get 50% off. The resort fee is additional to the quoted rate and collected by the hotel on arrival. No parking. A city lot is a block away, but is used by beach goers, so it will fill up on weekends and holidays. The parking was free from 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM. The area is full of restaurants and has a grocery store and drug store nearby as well. My flight was cancelled 3 months prior to our trip and I had to rebook shifting my dates to 2 days earlier. The hotel let me do this for a fee, reservations are not refundable! There are many signs indicating the hotel rules and policies although I never had a staff member mention then to anyone--even when violated. In the closet was the sign to go to the front desk for reading lamps as the light switch in the bedroom is on the far wall. I also picked up a hair dryer at the front desk. They had signs in the room so I guess when checking in they didn't feel the need to ask.

This is a review of the spa, not the hotel as a whole. I took my sister and we have never been so pampered! Maria! Maria! Maria.! There’s little else to say. The facility is wonderful but Maria gave my sister and I nottripleA but quadruple A service. It was like something out of a film. She not only gave us a tour, she appointed herself as our butler and doted on us. She is a very caring, loving person and will make anyone fall in love with this spa. She made our day! Really she made our trip to Miami!!! My ayurvedic massage was excellent but the 50 minutes was’t enough, next time i’ll be sure to make it longer. My sister had the Oriental massage and says it was fabulous. Everyoneat the spa was great from the gentleman who chcked us in to the staff inthe ladies section. We ate lunch at the main resturant and could not help but be impressed by the young lady from Serbia. She was extremely helpful and personable - very outgoing. A real asset. The beach attendants were clearly racist but other than that untoward experience with them, we thorougly enjoed our time at the facility. Loved the spa and would leave my home here in Bermuda just to go there again.
