Pros - Hotel staff was very friendly and tried to help at all times - Location is convenient: very close to the beach, approx. 7 minutes to walk - The price I got was very cheap for Miami - Room was clean Cons - I didn't use the pool, but it doesn't look like a nice place where you want to spend your day. Go to the beach instead. - Room looked old-fashioned and is possibly 20 years old - Wifi was unstable at peak times - it would be all okay for that price, but the AC unit was *so* loud that it was incredibly hard to sleep, even with earplugs. The AC device looked quite outdated. I asked the concierge if there is a way to get another room, but they said that the AC is the same in all of the rooms. It was one of the loudest AC's I've experienced in my life, so I'd expect the management to look into that matter. I wouldn't recommend the hotel if you want to spend your holidays here.

After I canceled my reservation at 1 hotel, because a bad experience, I found out a gem in Miami Beach ! First time in Faena but for sure not the last, very warm welcome and smooth check in. I went downstairs to explore, and for a quick breakfast and our waitress, Diana, was extremely welcoming and accommodating; we had a beautiful table with pool views, and Diana gave us very good recommendations. Service was perfect, she is charming. Very nice staff with a good vibe, all around. We are DEFINITELY coming back !!! Thank you Faena team for a memorable stay !!!!

Axel beach hotel was the best experience I could have asked for. We arrived early, and the hotel staff was immediately so welcoming. They allowed us to check in early and gave us great recommendations for things to do while in Miami. The atmosphere at axel beach hotel is so inclusive. We really enjoyed the facilites that included the bar and pool plus the gym. Also, the hotel is so close to the beach!When I come back to Miami, I will most definitely be staying here again!

#positive #I was happy with the Mosquito Control Measures, Natural Light in the Room, Nearby Shops, Nearby Activities; downtown will be much cheaper, and staying for a few days is not necessary for people with limited budgets.

The service was amazing! We were there to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday. My son frequents there for business and highly suggested this property! The food was awesome; just expensive! The hotel was simply beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and cordial. Will definitely return.

The location is very good, very close to the beach, mainly for the price and cheap. Compared to the hotel on the same foot, this can be said to have a conscience price. The point is that Hilton hotels, although not the high-end line, but the economic line, but the health and service is very good; although the rooms are a bit narrow, but the beds are still very wide and comfortable.

If you don’t mind being a moderate walking distance from the beach this place is like a hidden gem. I like having a kitchenette because eating out all of the time gets very expensive. This place is great to casual relax with friends in one of the courtyards, around the pool or in the room. The staff was attentive and I liked that they didn’t have bellmen angling for tips, excessive maid service as I can make my own bed or exorbitant valet parking. Street parking is available but in short supply so we did have some anxiety about finding a spot when we got back late but ultimately you can find paid parking nearby if necessary. I’ve stayed here twice and found the rooms and bed very comfortable. The furniture is far from fancy and is a bit worn but clean and serviceable. The food out bed was not very comfortable, according to my overnight guests, but everyone was happy that we had a room to sleep in. On balance a good trade-off. The pool isn’t huge but it is 6’ deep In one end and the pool area has nice shaded cabanas available at no charge. BYOB!
