Posh South Beach

Terrible experience, the shared living room is in the same space as the 54 beds. So when trying to get to sleep in the middle of the night you could still listen to all the conversations of other people. So because of the big room, don’t expect any privacy at all. The only wall outlet is in the corner of the room. Didn’t feel very safe to charge my phone there. The staff is rude and they’re not willing to help or give any advice. When we arrived the beds were dirty and filled with sand. The showers (that didn’t have a lock) had not been cleaned in days, but you had to put your clothes down on the dirty floor anyways, because the cabins were lacking of any hooks for your clothes. Great that the hostel has washing and drying machines, but you’ll need around 16 quarter coins to let both the machines work. However the staff cannot help you change your dollars into quarters, neither do they have any advice on where to go change them. Because of the pool and the location next to the beach this hostel has great potential, but due to the total lack of interest in customers and customers satisfaction I would never recommend this place.

To big rooms, to much people, to less privacy, too noisy, very bad Good for others, younger people.

They don’t answer the phone or have a voicemail. Eric at the front desk was so rude and unhelpful. I ended up staying elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money. Just spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

was with my friends in Miami looking for a hostel. We arrived at this very beautiful, very nice attention, especially to Ángel David. He taught us a lot about this beautiful hostel. I recommend 100% this place

Hostel is in the thick of things on south beach/ocean drive and collins Ave. You are in the middle of the party. Checkin, access everything was smooth. Staff changed my bed next day when the lock didn't work smoothly. Toilets aren't cleaned early enough in the morning; Lights are out until 10.30 am and staff come to clean only around that time. Toilet was a mess on one of the mornings (was a Sunday, they may not have had cleaning staff on Sunday; I don't know); thankfully it was my checkout day and didn't use it on that morning. I have stayed in dorm style hostels before. But Posh was little odd as all dorm beds were crammed in 3 huge halls. The upper bed doesn't leave enough height to the ceiling in some of the beds and is a safety hazard. Also feel the space is a fire safety hazard; no way they can evacuate easily. They had a pool which I didn't use as I was busy exploring the city. I visited Key West on one of the days; the coach I booked picked me in front of white claw hotel which was convenient in the morning.
