The room close the street, very loud at night, all night cannot sleep, dirty bathroom, find a hair on the bed.

Staff was quite friendly, but property was bad. Not great area, horrible room that smelled, was dirty and literally on the highway. No a/c or fan. Very bad.

Most of the reviews I saw of this hotel were in Spanish which I do not speak well so I did not read them. Turns out this is basically a sex hotel. Never saw that in the reviews or in the marketing. I suspect you can rent by the hour if you want to but I do not know that for sure. That is not a problem in and of itself but the neighborhood is questionable, it is not close to public transportation, the meal I ate at the restaurant was lousy and the room had no heat or air conditioning that I could find. The room doors were not very secure, not well made and let in a lot of noise as did the walls. The comfort of the room was not great but it was clean. The hotel got very cold at night and I actually caught a cold here. The lobby reception appeared to be behind bullet proof glass in a locked area. I did not have any problems but it just was not a great feeling or very comfortable.

Fácil de llegar, personal accesible y amable.Instalaciones muy limpias. Lo único que podría señalar es el ruido por las mañanas, pero es comprensible porque queda a pie de avenida y es inevitable, quizá algún tipo de insonorización en las ventanas ayude.
