Recently stayed at this property while visiting Mexico City. The hotel was simply amazing and exceeded our expectations. Tulio, the GM made us feel like we were visiting at his home. Very warm and checked on us regularly. Nicholas at Fifty Mils and bar manager was also visiting with us to make sure our stay was memorable. the strength of this property even beyond its location and ambiance is the staff - they are incredible. the rooms are well appointed. very nice and you immediately notice the signature Four Seasons bedding. WOW what a great night of sleep. opt for a suite for even more room and area. we simply loved our room that overlooked the courtyard area. One of the highlights was Fifty Mils - what a great bar!!!! Nicholas took great care of us and one night Mosh did an impromptu mezcal tasting for me just because I asked. the staff is very attentive and want to make you very happy at your home away from home. Food at the restaurants is also incredible. ate at both options and will review those separately. The Italian restaurant had the best pasta we have ever had - period!! This will be the only hotel we stay at when we visit Mexico City in the future. Thanks to the entire team for making our stay memorable!! Chris & Lisa

This was my first experience at a Four Seasons hotel and it did not disappoint! The service was excellent. Everyone was so accommodating to any little thing I needed. They arranged airport transfers for me as well. The room was perfect - spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. The food was great. Room service was very quick. I also had some spa treatments that were top notch. Absolutely no complaints! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful garden in the middle of the hotel. Great location - convenient to Condessa, Roma Norte etc. Cannot say enough about the employees. So nice and especially good with kids. Would absolutely stay again. Also, our daughter came down with some kind of a cold during our stay and the staff arranged for a doctor to visit her and provide medication. Great service.

Excellent hotel and people. What one expects at a Four Seasons. The attention to details and service was impressive. A world class hotel in Mexico City. The central plaza and garden provide for a retreat in the middle of Mexico City. The brunch service can be improved. But otherwise close to perfection.

I had a 90 minute massage with Mario. He was incredible! He has massage techniques/skills that I've never experienced before (and I've gotten a lot of massages). It felt like a combination of deep tissue, swedish, and shiatsu. The best parts of all of them. His use of aromatherapy was perfect. He was super attentive to my comfort and always ensured I was warm enough. I was very happy with my time and experience with Mario. I spent a good part of the day using the gym, hanging out by the pool, and getting the massage. Yes the gym and locker room are small but I had no complaints. The sauna felt great. Everything was clean. And the massage was awesome. There is one thing that bothers me. When checking out, I added a gratuity to my card. I was then asked how I wanted to portion out that tip to Mario and the rest of the staff. I wrote down "staff" because I assumed it would get divided properly and fairly among everyone on the staff including Mario. Afterwards, I regretted not being more clear that Mario should have gotten most of that tip. If you're reading this Mario, I'm sorry!

Top Notch in Everything! I can’t figure out why all other luxury hotels in Mexico City can’t be as this one. Been in almost all of them for business but this Hotel chain is the Classiest of them all. Will be back for sure . Stay was wonderful and professional

This is a great hotel...the friendliness and attention to service from literally every member of this team was amazing! We have stayed in many Four Seasons Hotels around the world and this Mexico City hotel team is up there with the best of the best. The people in every role on ever level of experience, was truly spectacular. The hotel is older so a "face life" is badly needed, but it still possesses everything one expects from a Four Seasons hotel - comfortable Four Seasons beds and bedding, quiet rooms with great working Air Conditioners, Four Seasons bath robes and linens and amazing water pressure. We were informed there will be some renovations and updates to the hotel coming soon, but don't wait, if you're thinking about staying in the hotel, do it, you won't be sorry!
