Stayed 3 nights in two different rooms. Clean and comfortable rooms with excellent A/C. Just a note though that the WiFi did not work very well in either of the rooms. It was very spotty on my laptop when trying to work one of the days. And for my phone it was just easier to use my data then the hotel WiFi.

The hotel is under renovation and will be very nice when finished.

I made two reservations for different dates, we arrived and the room did not have towels, they told us that they could give them to us until the next day, the next day they told us that the cleaning people would not arrive until 9 am, it was 10 am and they did not have the towels, We went out to look for the staff, and they told us that there were no towels, that the laundry had not arrived, they couldn't do anything, they insisted that they were necessary and they took out some old towels, for the third night it was the same, there was no towel, and they gave us 1, which was from the pool or I don't know where, it had blue and white *****es, for the second reservation there was no water coming out of the shower, they allowed people to be very late in the pool, which was in the windows of the room and also allowed that from 4 or 5 am the guests made a noise with their suitcases, slamming them down the stairs
