臟，爛，差。屋裡連個桌子都沒有，唯一的小桌子還擺滿了合種商品。椅子臟的都包漿了，擦一擦很難嗎？窗簾更臟，浴巾也爛的有個洞了，吹風機一會吹風一會不吹風，無線網更是無力吐槽。1分都嫌高，銀座佳驛也就那樣了

比較搞笑的是吹風機沒吹兩下斷電，再也不能用了，問前台也沒有備用，也沒有其他房間可以借，就這麼不了了之了。加上感冒，體驗感並不好。刮鬍刀是收費的，但是沒有和收費物品擺在一起，和牙刷擺在一起了。我沒看清帶走了，早上退房着急去醫院陪護，前台沒人我放下卡片就走了，工作人員給我打電話，到了晚上我從醫院陪護完，又給人家送回去了，體驗感一般。服務態度一般吧，不會為顧客解決問題，除非特殊情況，不會再定了。

房間面積很小，預訂3間是在3樓，結果是一層一間，床單被罩枕套都沒有更換，一股油煙味道，到處是毛髮糟亂差，一整晚基本沒休息，電話也不好用，洗漱用品衹有牙膏和梳子，早餐品種更是少的可憐，第一次入住這種酒店，我想也是最後一次。

衞生真的沒法評價，一進房間就潮氣味，被子不是純棉的，起靜電，跟客服溝通給換了純棉的，但也很潮，床單上還有污漬，浴巾沒敢用，因為白色的浴巾都變成灰色的了。一共定了兩間房，三樓的洗浴都是温水，洗冷了。二樓的水就熱，不知道為啥。

第一間燈壞了，和大爺上去沒修好換了一間，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生！給人的感覺特別好！特別是大床舒適乾淨，一點都不油膩！
