先説酒店優勢，離三蘇祠距離很近，溜達幾分鐘就可以到。下面説缺點：第一房間下水道反味太嚴重，開換氣也不行，是普通空調開一夜屋裡不暖和，城市便捷酒店在7-9樓層，下面是另外一個酒店，電梯顯示需要掃房間卡選樓層，但實際不需要掃卡，隨便進出，安全感差（因為早上在屋裡大門處發現“特殊宣傳”卡片。前台服務人員對三蘇祠有幾個門不清楚，説衹有一個，但去了景區發現有二個門可以走。所以感覺服務人員對周邊重要景區非常不熟悉，對遊客提供服務能力有待提升。

前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮。地理位置優越，附近吃喝玩樂應有盡有，離三蘇祠就是一條街的距離。停車方便，就在酒店的地下停車場，而且是免費得。晚上安靜祥和，睡眠質量高，非常滿意的住宿體驗！
