The room is clean and the biggest advantage is that it is close to the Prophet's Mosque. You can basically say that the Prophet's Mosque is right outside the door. The service attitude is average, the waiter's attitude is not good, and the bar is a little better. There are basically no daily necessities. I asked for a pair of simple slippers and asked for them repeatedly, but they said they couldn't provide them. What's puzzling is that I didn't pay. When I checked in, I took out my credit card, but they said it was not needed. When I checked out, I gestured the money and they also indicated that it was OK. Mashalah I hade very good experience with that.. quiet , cleaned and not fare away from el masjid al nabawi (PROPHET MUHAMMED SWT masjid.

It’s a very old hotel ,the lobby and outside of the hotel is so good and renovated ,when you go on the floor rooms there’s a musty smell ,very old rooms and all flies on the room and even on the bed ,hotel needs renovation from inside
