Best hostel with a nice view from the roof. There are several activities at the hostel. There is also a free gym, so you can do Yoga, lifting weight and many more. You can also get your laundry service at the hostel. Everyday the hostel make some social activities. Staff is friendly and can support with many of my questions.

What an amazing Hotel in the centre of Medellin. Warm and welcoming staff, they will accommodate your needs in within their disposal. You might even come about the owners and chat with them. The breakfast is included and it is amazing every day. The room and hotel is very clean and the bed is very conformable. Just their slogan itself is worth the trip back. ”Servimos con el alma” We serve with our soul. Thank you team 4 Sur for the amazing hospitality. Croes Family
Medellin Vibes Hostel

I expected more from such a high reviewed hostel and from the way they made me sign a contract yet unfortunately they do not deserve such a high rating and should be inspected. I had an awful experience here from the lack of air circulation in the rooms with no windows and excess of people and beds to the unprofessional disrespectful rude and unkind staff as well as management. The breakfast is okay for a hostel and well the only decent human beings and overworked and underpaid staff were the maintance crew which deserve a raise and praise aside from that I do not wish to even comment the nastyness filth and disgusting environment and treatment from the staff. I checked myself out and just used the place as a storage. Worthless and needs to change the management and employees except for the maintenance crew who deserve a raise.

It is a new hotel ( supposedly 5 stars), but... Basic things like bathroom light, which is a very modern command (the lights are all with a command that varies intensity etc... but many have already deleted the letters that indicate their function) are not working. We changed our room.. in this room the opening of a top box did not work ( completely necessary because we travel for a long time and we have baggage 🧳🧳) We had breakfast included but because of the different tours we could only have breakfast on the first day.. and they told us they didn't prepare to take. If we added there was no refrigerator, nor to prepare coffee or tea in the room.. very disappointing I had to ask for a shower kit as it is rain ...(They seemed rare 🤦🏼) also a glass 🥛 I asked for the bath and .... never arrived There are no windows to ventilate.. from the hall comes a lot of food to the entrance of the room and there is noise for the nights of the bars next to and from the road. I think they have to improve much customer care and provide minimum services for a category not already 5 but even 3 stars.. ( the strong boxes told us they were not yet in operation. The room did not make it to us.. one day, not the reason I would never recommend it The only good bed that was very comfortable.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Area is ideal for dinning and socializing as we held a conference at the Travers. Now I do not give out 5 ratings with ease, however the difference this time rest on the shoulders of the front desk manager Omar. Although expected I rarely receive the level of attention Omar extended. My stay was a delight thanks to Omar and the staff. Bravo and well done with many thanks, Ing. Jose O Ramos

Wonderful services from the reception, to room service to the two restaurants. Even the roof top terrace was nice.
