I would like my money back! ******* did not notify me that the room had shared bathroom and toilet. And neither give me option between with or without these. When I got there and got so disappointed, I tried to cancel, they said the check in date already passed so I could not cancel or get my money back. I had to book and pay a whole other hotel. NOT with ******* anymore though!

We have been in this hostel for 4 days. It is simple but has all the necessary services and the location is very central. The hostel staff gives you unbeatable attention, especially Bryan, Diana and Catalina, they have managed the taxi service and organized excursions with trusted companies at an affordable price. 100% recommended, we will return!

I booked for 5 nights but only stayed one. Unstable internet, impossible to work, extremely noisy early on. Inattentiveness from employees when I asked them to turn down the music at 10am because I was in a meeting, apparently they turned it up more on purpose. Immense lack of professionalism. Locker keys didn't work and employees smoked inside the property, even though it was prohibited. The location is very good, but there are other infinitely better options for the same budget.
