I would like my money back! ******* did not notify me that the room had shared bathroom and toilet. And neither give me option between with or without these. When I got there and got so disappointed, I tried to cancel, they said the check in date already passed so I could not cancel or get my money back. I had to book and pay a whole other hotel. NOT with ******* anymore though!

Hemos estado 4 días en este hostal. Es sencillo pero tiene todos los servicios necesarios y la ubicación es muy céntrica. El personal del hostal te da una atención inmejorable, en especial Bryan, Diana y Catalina, nos han gestionado el servicio de taxi y excursiones organizadas con empresas de confianza a un precio asequible. 100% recomendable, ¡volveremos!.

Te engañan con el tipo de habitación. CUIDADO AL RESERVAR que cuando llegas t dicen q no hay habitacion con baño privado sino q es compartido y no lo especifican en la reserva.

Reservei por 5 noites porém fiquei somente uma. Internet instável, impossível de trabalhar, extremamente barulhento desde cedo. Descaso dos funcionários quando solicitei que baixassem a música às 10h da manhã pq estava em reunião, aparentemente aumentaram mais de propósito. Falta de profissionalismo imensa. Chaves do locker não funcionaram e funcionários fumando dentro da propriedade, mesmo sendo proibido. A localização é muito boa, mas existem outras opções infinitamente melhores no mesmo budget.
