Nice and helpful staff at the hotel. We had water coming from the ceiling and within 15 minutes someone came to fix it. We got upgraded to the next category since the room we booked was occupied already For a 4 star hotel we expected it to be a bit cleaner however it wasn't obviously dirty. The room was nice and spacious.

Good option for a city stay. Rooms are spacious with iron, iron board and complimentary tea & coffee. The check in was efficient and reception staff very friendly . The hotel is centrally located within the city.

Staff is friendly & very helpful. Location is great. Shops & restaurant are within walking distance. On the first day, my room aircond was not working. It was immediately attend to & the technician fixed it. On the next day, I was offered a new upgraded room. A good variety of Breakfast. Pool is clean. Service is fantastic.

World class hotel. An opulent hotel experience. The room was very clean, quiet and peaceful with a nice view. The food and beverage outlets are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service here amazing, free ice cream whilst waiting for check-in is just the tip of the iceberg. The deep joy pool, everyone should dive into once. Their luxury white fluffy towels, plush white bath robes and heavenly-smelling shower gels in tiny little bottles 一there's something about padding around in their fancy bathroom that feels gloriously decadent. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, and the hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience. Recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford it. The front desk is very courteous and helpful. We reached the hotel early and able to leave our luggage before the check-in at 3pm.

Breakfast was ok, location was by the main road. There’s a KFC next to the hotel, overall a short pleasant stay.

We love this hotel, the staff are so friendly and the room is comfortable. The location also very good because nearby to the mall.

It would score 5-6 stars if clean and "white" towels can be provided which was expected for a 4-star hotel. As all towels look like stained and "grey" :( Otherwise, everything has been perfect :)

The staffs responded quickly and they were friendly too. It is a good place to stay. I forgot to take photos😄.

The profile picture look good but in reality it is not. The room 8s max 3 star standard, although the hotel service staffs were very friendly
