Stayed here for four nights and it was not a good experience. Checked in, desk clerk not at all friendly or welcoming. My hearing is fine but when she directed me to the elevator I could not understand a word she said because she was talking so fast. I asked her to repeat it slowly, she did but it was obvious she was not pleased. Off to my room, went in and everything was great. What I expected for a 2-3 star hotel. Room was very clean and presentable. Next morning I left at 6AM and returned at 5:30 PM and room was NOT MADE UP! Oh well, I went out to dinner and when I came back it was made up, at least what they considered to be made up. The bed was horribly made, sheet on the floor. Coffee service not replaced. Couldn't be bothered to pick up a newspaper off the floor. So down I went to the front desk and showed my pictures. Same snarky clerk from check in the day before. She made it very obvious that she did not care about my issues. She got my coffee to take back to the room. So I hoped that would be the end of it. However, got back after work the next day, exact same conditions. I had used the ice bucket the previous evening. I emptied in the sink and left it on the counter in the bathroom. It was never put back, no liner for it, no new cups. I had hoped things would be better since I did complain the previous evening, obviously the desk clerk did not pass on my concern. The really bad news: my company has booked a room for me for four nights next week at the same place!
