The room was very clean. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast was also amazing with the hot waffle maker.
All in all a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff at the front desk could’ve been a little more friendly. They did their job, but just a little more on the customer service side and being more greeting and welcoming would’ve been nice… Otherwise the place was great!

Friendly staff yet poor service in the room. Nobody touched our room in three days, missing pictures on the wall, plugged plumbing. Free breakfast was good but we feel the room was too expensive for what was offered. Good location. Probably wouldn’t recommend or return

Dorm fridge didn't work well and barely got cold. Room was not cleaned properly on day 2. Comfy bed and good breakfast.

Very nice room. The young man that checked us in at 1am in the morning was extremely pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when flying out if MCI.

The lady at the front desk was so nice she got my wife a banana and muffin early bc we were checking out at 4 am she was so nice and we thank her so much

Staff was polite. Room was good size but we needed larger beds. I should have paid closer attention to that detail. The water from one of the sinks had an odd smell. Breakfast was good

It was an okay stay. Some cleanliness issues within the room (some food crumbs on back of couch, dust on soap holder in shower) and a few maintenance issues (felt like water pooling underneath tub, sink leaking at faucet). Breakfast was pretty gross, no flavor in the eggs and weird consistency, waffles were chewy, not much of a variety of food or drink to choose from in general.
