I arrived late at night and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. It is good for a honeymoon, but it is also good for a family trip. I visited with my wife on a family trip. The hotel staff were amazing and very welcoming. The food was exceptional and the hotel management really made an effort to help bring in the new year in style. As a constructive criticism, maybe the hotel could make the carts more available for the eldely as walking from the room to the main hotel is very long - it's a massive hotel.
