I am currently staying as part of a two week holiday with my wife. Customer Service - this is what the hotel thrives and excels in. The staff across all hotel amenities are first class. On arrival, the reception staff are welcoming, and this theme is mirrored throughout the length of your stay, The hotel is located in the NE of the island over 1 hr from airport and is ideally situated for those individuals looking for a more quiet time. There is plenty to do from the boathouse which caters to all your water sports to its own 9 hole golf course, you won't be stuck. The hotel is spotlessly clean, Rooms are spacious, modern, and well equipped. Pool area is fantastic and the beach is an arms length away. Food - could be improved and why this is not a 5 star review. The food can be somewhat repetitive, particularly breakfast and dinner. Each night has an international themed menu. However, the same dishes do transcend across each night. There are various dining options available across the resort that can also be booked Although all staff deserve acknowledgement, special mentions to Shiel and Adrash in reception. Linesh, Innesh, Josh, and Suhil in the bar, Vinod, Porvashi in the restaurant, nothing is too much trouble, and they do go the extra mile in ensuring your every need is catered for. Would definitely recommend.

Small family orientated hotel. Perfect location. 5 minutes walk to a shopping mall and 10 minutes to the beach. Friendly staff who are very helpful. The rooms are cleaned most days to a high standard. Our room , more like an apartment. had an en-suite, kitchenette with cooking facilities, sofa, TV, dining table, and fridge, and a balcony with table and chairs. Lovely small pool with plenty of sun loungers . Perfect for small families and couples. We would love to stay there again.

The staff is very kind and accommodating. The lady who cleaned our room 432 was amazing and always had a wonderful smile. We enjoyed the staff as well especially Kimberley, Jayraj, Avissen and Amittasen. We really enjoyed the spa trea**ent. We were unfortunate not to get our lunch at one of the other attitude hotels as part of our honeymoon package, however the romantic couples dinner was superb.

Typical Mauritian complex hotel very well arranged and charming which offers many activities and well located to shine in the North of Mauritius. We stayed at OceanV, Grand Baie for 7 nights and we absolutely LOVED our stay. We took the “all inclusive” package and I can really recommend this option as this really makes the entire holiday more enjoyable, no need to stress about paying for any drinks, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. Inclusive package review: You get a set menu for lunch and dinner which is always decent. My wife is a fussy eater but always managed to find something to eat. For dinner you can also choose options off the main menu which helps when the kitchen is a bit adventurous with the set menu. The drinks that are included are three types of beer, three types of wine, 8/9 cocktails and three mocktails as well as a wide range of cooldrink and hot beverages. This was really sufficient and if you do want to try anything else, you can always just order from the bar. Room and service review: The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The room was perfect, amazing view of the sea and an aircon that we had on the entire time and worked perfectly. The staff cleaned the room and bathroom everyday, no complaints, just compliments. Trips/Excursions: We did not use the hotel’s recommended service providers as they were a bit expensive. We went on a catamaran trip, initially using the hotel connection but after they cancelled we were able to find Coral Belle, a very professional catamaran trip company who have three catamaran’s that go to the islands every day, they have a little shop in sunset boulevard - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We took the bus everywhere, Grand Baie for shopping and Port Louis for the day trip - really worth it regarding the price 24 rs from Pereybere to Grand Baie and 44 rs from Pereybere to Port Louis. Recommended to wait for the express bus to Port Louis if you can, the normal bus takes a quite while longer. Finally, the beach is walking distance, 300m, and we were able to walk around to the beach right in front of the hotel for privacy and less crowded. All Round: We would come back and recommend!!!
