Bel Ombre
The Hotel is excellent, and it's located in a very beautiful place in Mauritius with amazing beaches. The staff is very lovely and helpful, the service is a very high standard, and you can see that the management of the Hotel is investing to be on top of their game. The food is excellent, and has a good variety in the restaurants and menus for an all-inclusive hotel. My family and I stayed for 12 days and rented a car to explore the Island. The Hotel offered a service to pack a picnic basket (free of Charge for all-inclusive guests) every time we went outside the Hotel. These small things add up, and you can really see the extra mile the Hotel team is putting for their guests. The only thing that needs slight improvement is the WiFi connection and speed in the Hotel. In some areas of the Hotel, the WiFi coverage was not the best. I noticed it because it was in my room, but the rest of the areas were ok.

The southern hotel is very elegant, the room in the camphor is very comfortable, and the spacing between the villas is very wide and feels very good. The hotel environment is also good, breakfast is delicious. After three days of stay, the waiter sent chocolate every night. On the last day, knocking on the door knocked like an exaggeration. In the bathroom, I was scared to death. My husband was on the balcony. He didn’t hear it outside. I didn’t have it afterwards. Complaint, think about it. The overall stay of the hotel feels good. However, there are not many water projects, and the hotel may not have much activity.

Check in was hectic. There were so many guests checking in and waiting in such a small space. We checked in at 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3.45 pm. We got to the room and found out that they upgraded us (without telling us). The upgraded room was a big suite which was very nice but it was on the ground floor. We booked a junior suite balcony which is upstairs (we prefer upstairs as more privacy and better view) we had to ask to move to the type of room that we actually booked for! (What a waste of time for everyone) the room was very beautiful and comfortable and we LOVED the balcony. We love le Morne beach the water is so clear with different shades of blue but here we find the beach to be a bit too wide so you are a bit far from the sea (we stayed at another hotel in Le morne and we found there we were closer to the see with better view of Le Morne) Plenty of available sun beds. We didn’t like the pools so didn’t go in. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the price we pay. Service was not bad but not great. Overall, it was an ok stay.

This time I stayed at the two hotels of Lishi Mona and Lishi Mei'an. The style is still quite different. The sand of Mona is yellowish and very slightly. The sand on the Mei'an is slightly whiter and thinner. Be careful. The walk is still acceptable; the rooms are larger and more modern; the sea view is better for Mount Mona. Sitting in the seaside is very eye-catching. After a day, the hotel is too lazy to move. If you are chasing dolphins, it is also near the Mount Mona. The pool and meals are not as good as the US shore.

Located in the southern Taihao Hotel, we stayed for three days to set a package for breakfast and dinner! First of all, the hotel environment, the overall white, people feel very comfortable, and there is a river in the hotel, in the evening there are singers singing and rowing in the bed, the scenery is pleasant, the overall environment is still very comfortable. Next, let's say that the service is not very satisfactory~ The reception service at the beginning made us sit down and drink the drink check in. It is quite good, but it will not work later. First, the extra bed was not added until the evening. Later, it was reminded for a long time before the room card was broken. It was repeated three times before it was done. The children's slippers and scissors were added to the third day when they left. The overall service feels. I can't reach it, I don't know if it is the reason for the full house! The dinner was said to be available in the other three restaurants, and the results were not available. However, it is good to not pick up the gold. Once it was completely packaged in the restaurant, there was a lot of cash inside. Later, I was told that I was at the front desk and I was sent back. This is worthy of praise. Finally, talk about hygiene. After washing the kettle in the room, there is still a lot of garbage coming out. I thought it was a problem with water quality. After drinking it for two days, I found a filter inside. The filter is full of rubbish, really too Disgusting, it seems that the kettle should be used after washing. The beachside water facilities in the hotel are free to rent, the coastline is very long, there are two large reefs on it, the water quality is good, it is still very fun. The hotel is close to the dolphins, so it’s an advantage at 8:30 in the morning!

Backed by Mona Mountain, the scenery is unique and the various services and facilities are very satisfactory. Sharing facilities with the Paradise Hotel next to it made it impossible for me to eat all the restaurants in the two hotels in two days. The most impressive thing is that I need to check out at 5:30 in the morning and go out to see dolphins and whales, telling the hotel staff in advance. Although it was too late to eat breakfast, I thought that the check-out time was too early. The restaurant had not started to make breakfast, and I didn't ask for a packaged breakfast. I planned to pack some food when I had dinner the day before. Because I was bumping on the boat for a long time, I was afraid of eating too much and vomiting. I wanted to pack some bread. As a result, the bread for dinner was very hard. My wife and I discussed if there was a sliced bread, or I would not pack it. Buy some food on the way to the pier. After dinner, my wife and I strolled around the hotel for a while and then looked at the beautiful night view of the hotel. After the stroll, someone knocked on the door as soon as I entered the room. After opening the door, he found that it was the waiter, he handed me a box and said that sir this is your breakfast for tomorrow, it was a little surprised, too thoughtful. Then open the box to see what it is, and find that it is different flavors of sliced bread, a few fruits and two small bottles of juice. At 5:30 the next morning, after checking out, my wife and I sat in the lobby and ate our breakfast... What I could think of was the word last night, so considerate!
