Good hotel located between the Matsuyama castle and the Okaido shopping district which its easy to visit the main attractions as such as the Dogo Onsen by street car and good restaurants around

初めてのビジネスホテル宿泊でしたが想像より清潔感があり、少し狭い部屋でしたが友人と共にとても満足しました。朝食の付いた値段がツインで1人5000円以下で宿泊出来たのは大変リーズナブルで満足しました。また、満足出来るホテルに宿泊したいです。

제일 가까운 시내전철역은 가쓰야마초 인데 도보 5분이내이다.
그래도 충분히 오카이도에 걸어서 갈만한 거리에 위치하고있다.
바로 앞에 로손과 패밀리마트가 위치해있어 밤늦게 나가서
뭐 사와도 안전하다

出張で利用しました。
ホテルは、やや古さを感じるものの、客室は広く清潔です。
建屋の裏側に、駐車場が完備されていますが、そこが満車でも、すぐ近く（ホテル正面玄関の並び）に、提携駐車場があり一泊1,300円で駐車出来ます。
一つ難点は、ユニットバスの排水に難があり、栓を抜くと溢れ出して来ます。ご注意を！

コスパ高いお宿です。レンタサイクルがあり、3時間まで無料、6時間まで200円の自走式自転車を利用し、道後温泉まで往復しました。朝食はビュッフェ方式で、種類も多く大変おいしかったです。JR松山駅からは歩いて30分ですが、路面電車の勝山町駅からは歩いて5 〜6分でロケーション的にも便利でした。
