Location is about 15 minutes walk from train station, 8 minutes by bus or 5 minutes by taxi. Beautiful hotel with good bath facilities and breakfast. Clean and service was great.

Good place with free ramen and ice cream!

The location is about a 10-minute walk from the JR station. The room is very large, about 25 square meters. You need slippers when entering the hotel. This is simply intolerable for me, a germophobe. In the evening, there is also free ramen supper. After supper, go to the 11th floor to read comics, have a free cold drink, and then take a bath in the hot springs. Don’t be too comfortable. The only bad thing about the room is that I didn't find any curtains. I couldn't even sleep in. The room became brighter at dawn. I don't know if it was because I couldn't find the curtain switch.

I am very satisfied with this Japanese-style hot spring hotel. It is very clean and relatively new. It serves soba noodles for late night snacks and has a rich breakfast. There are some unique cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area.

The hotel is not far from JR Matsue Station, but walking is still possible. Public buses cost 170 yen and taxis start at 740 yen. Walking to Matsue Castle is easy and comfortable. The hotel only opened in April 2022. It is very new. It is a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. You have to change your shoes after entering. It is clean, fresh and elegant. The front desk is courteous and has a good smile. Check-in is fast and efficient. There is also a young man from Northeast China. The girl (forgot to ask her name) provides language convenience. The room has three separate dry, wet and toilet rooms, and all facilities are impeccable. In the hot spring bath center on the 11th floor, in addition to enjoying the hot springs comfortably, there are also free massage chairs and ice cream/Yakult to enjoy. After 9:30 pm, Free ramen and drinks are also provided. From personal experience, when staying in a hotel in Japan, it is best to book breakfast together, because there are not many breakfast restaurants outside and there are few choices. The hotel's buffet breakfast, although not particularly large in variety, is delicious. All in all, this is a good hotel that is run with care and I recommend it sincerely. Because of it, I will consider visiting Songjiang again! (Matsujiang is not particularly well-known, but I personally feel that it is not inferior to Kyoto and Osaka!)

Booked for my mother who is in her 70s. While there are many different types of hot spring inns, I chose the Dormy group at my mother's request, perhaps because of the influence of a ``Dormy entertainer'' I saw on a TV show. I went there with the intention of sightseeing, but I was informed that the hotel was so nice that I didn't want to leave. The bath was nice, the after-bath service unique to Dormy style rooms, and the modern, Japanese-style comfort of the room, all of which appealed to my mother. My mother loves breakfast buffets, and she was very satisfied with this breakfast. Thank you for staying with us for 2 nights. I hope you will take care of me when I go there again. It's very stable and gives you a sense of security.

I didn't have to wear shoes inside the facility, so I was able to relax and feel like I was at home. The hot spring ♨️ was also spacious and the service (ice massage) after bathing was very good. However, breakfast is not included, but the price is high and the breakfast seems to be too luxurious from the morning, so I wish they would provide something that I can easily eat.

That's excellent. The breakfast buffet in particular is of good quality, everything is cooked in small portions, and the fried food is crispy and freshly made. If I were to make an order, I would take off my shoes as soon as I entered the building, but it would be a pain to keep track of the key in the shoe box until I left. Also, when entering a hot spring, men simply hold up their room key, but women enter the PIN number (2 digits and 1 alphabet) given to them. It looks like a numeric keypad, so I had to type it in, which my 89-year-old mother couldn't do, so I, a man, had no choice but to input it.
