Our second time staying here and we had a fantastic time.
Just 3 items we hope can be improved upon when we return.
1. The fitness center is too small and has minimal equipment. Unless it was 6 am it was too crowded to get even a basic workout in.
2. The pool chair situation was at times frustrating. Even getting down to the pool at 9:30 am we were greeted by all the chairs being "marked" and "saved" with towels and/or small personal items such as a book or shoes. Guest would apparently come down quite early and put the items on the chairs to "save" them until later (which we observed sometimes being several hours.. We had to go to the front desk to have someone come to remove these items since we were told the chairs are first come first serve (which they were very helpful with). However, it would be nice to have one of the staff monitoring this situation so that we don't have to continually go ask down at the front desk and also to prevent the awkward confrontation that will come with removing someone's items from a chair that they thought was theirs.
3. A small microwave in the room would be a nice addition. We would often bring leftovers from the restaurant (which was delicious by the way) back to the room but had no way to heat them up the next day.

The convenience of ice and water and cookies to guest was a welcomed addition! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, Joseph at the front desk made us feel like royal guest, Ashley and Evan waiters were the best staff by far, Kayhleen the hostess was also great!

Our room was beautiful and our housekeeper did a great job keeping it clean. The whole resort was spotless. The food was excellent. Very friendly staff. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Being somewhat secluded at the resort no nearby hotels was very relaxing. A little bit faster service at bar area when busy. No fault to 1 bartender but needed 2 or other help on occasion

You cannot miss with Hutchinson Shores. It’s the Ritz Carlton, of Jensen Beach!, without the high price.

Beautiful resort for a staycation for locals. Dining and bar service is abysmal. More staff is required ASAP. The bartender by the small pool was completely inept and overwhelmed by just a few customers. Facility is beautiful but very pricey. Spa services are awesome but way overpriced.

Had a great stay, staff was incredible!
Stayed in a beachfront room, closest stay on the beach we’ve ever had. Quiet area, never heard guests around us. Food was great as well.
Will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area.

I would have liked a microwave in my room.
The free snacks were generous.
