Very good, highly recommended. Gemma, who started to score 9.5 on another other platform, moved to iberotel on the third day. From hotel facilities to catering to services, the fruit juice is very fresh, the food is very rich, and the Chinese can eat it. There are two restaurants that need to make an appointment one day in advance. But the main restaurant and bar are fine. I also chased Ruxuan at the hotel beach. I went to the beach at 8 o'clock in the morning. Then I told the beach boy that Ruxuan came over and called us. Ruxuan could come four or five or six times a day to eat grass. We saw it three or four times in the morning. After that, I gave the beach boy a tip. Because I can’t swim, I took the lifeguard’s swimming ring to go out. Remember to go to diviing center in advance to rent a mask breathing tube and foot. Then I will squat on the beach. Facing the beach on the far right side of the beach, there is a coral reef in the area that my feet can step on. It is very beautiful and especially suitable for snorkeling that can’t swim.

We bought vacation in Fantazia resort, Premium zone. At the hotel you have 3 zones: Deluxe(without kids, smaller than other zones, with a la kart restaurant Valentina), Standart, and Premium. We were at Premium. And this was the best decision, because: 1) the room is without orange walls, new and with every day cleaning&changing towels. 2)you can use stylish restaurant and bars only for Premium visitors (also, the choice of food is much wider than in a restaurant for the standard. ) Food: the food quality is excellent everywhere. Classic breakfasts(sweet, salty). The hotel focuses on Italians, so there is Italian food, many types of pasta, ravioli, coffee is made by a barista. Two times we had sushi - fish night. Delicious sweets, ice cream in the evening, fruits (banana, melon, pomegranate, dates, figs, pineapple twice.) There is always a variety in food , you will not be able to stay hungry . Animation: The hotel focuses on Italians, so the animation for everyone else is weak, there is nothing for non-Italian children to do here. But for non italian adults, the animation is good: yoga, darts, aqua aerobics, evening shows and disco. Drinks: great coffee. However, it should be borne in mind that there are just local alcohol, so if you are picky about the quality of alcoholic beverages, take it with you. We drank only non-alko drinks, very tasty. Beach: adorable and fantastic, with coral reefs and fishes. !Take special boots and mask with you! Wifi: the Internet did not work constantly, with constant interruptions and disconnections of the phone from the network due to overloaded router. it was hard to send a photo to relatives and impossible to call. We tried the network everywhere (reseption, beach, pools) and every time we had problems with internet. Therefore, I advise you to purchase an Etisalat SIM card at the airport if you want to be in touch. I will suggest this hotel as a great choice for your next vacation.

Getting to Marsa Alam from the UK is always a bit on an effort ( unless you are willing to pay through the nose via TUI) but so worth it for a scuba diving family. Having stayed at the amazing Brayka in May, we had seen the Aurora and decided due to local recommendations to give it a go. Organised the booking via the Internet, our every need was sorted upon arrival. A welcome cool drink 🍸 and a broad smile introduction from the amazing Ali on reception. Our rooms ( junior 2 bedroom suite) were just perfect. Recently decorated perfectly suited to us with our adult daughter. Food in our room was welcomed and simply filled rolls and fruit. Extra water we asked for due to medical issues was supplied as asked for. The restaurant has the usual egg station, bread/bakery selection, hot self service and salad /yogurt . Nectar ( made up fruit juice and water coolers) tea/coffee . Something available to everyone's taste. The guys service ( Mohommed Alla etc) is impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The hours they do from dawn to dusk. From bar to table service. All with a smile. Not once were we asked for tips ( a dollar is gratefully accepted) but we gave frequently. Its hard not to when the service is so good. Even the hard working animation team were smiley and greeting guests at almost every meal with an itinerary of entertainment available to those who want it. The beach is a short walk away. ( I've recently had a knee op and managed no bother) It's just stunning. A selection of little gifts vendors sell, and a restaurant offering the usual chips /pizza/burger/kebab/ soup /salad station. Bar for all your drinks and ample bed space for sunbathing. All this and a stunning house reef for snorkeling, featuring Sheldon the resident 🐢. If you're lucky enough to see him ( recommend early morning) DONT USE HIM AS A SURF BOARD . Broke 💔 as certain Eastern European guests grabbed him for a ride and a selfie. Watch and do not touch should be fairly obvious. Can't recommend Ducks Diving Superior enough for trips and Scuba. Big shout to Omar and Mohammed ( Collosus) the guys that help you kit up shoreside for house reef diving. Lucky enough to meet the Amazing Saif ( instuctor) who taught our daughter her Open and Advanced water PADI. Having met quite a few instructors/guides in our time Saif is by far the BEST we have had by far. And then some. His English is impeccable, as are his manners. Big shout out too to the driver of the cylinders, who also picked us up /dropped us off most days. A real gentleman who shared the most amazing mango we had ever eaten, and mosquito spray for our room ! So kind !! We were very sad to leave our newly made friends and new ”family”.
