我是一個人去的因為有潛水行程，酒店很美，服務真的超好，記得我的名字，還記得我喜歡吃的早餐雞蛋的做法，每個人都很友好，我都沒有給小費，房間裏的毛巾也折成了可愛的小動物，我住了三晚都捨不得離開，我可能是當時入住的唯一亞洲面孔，每天的自助餐也很美味。

酒店餐廳服務非常好，人員很熱情，飯菜也是我在埃及的這些酒店中覺得最好吃。但前台服務感覺太死板，不夠靈活。當時我抵達酒店已經是下午五點，我定的房間是基礎房，因為是2大2小，所以説這個房型不能入住，要我取消訂單，重新下單家庭房。我問能否直接補差價，升級房型，告知不可以！衹好找攜程客服，取消訂單，重新下單，這樣一折騰，直到6:30我們才入住。要知道，當天我是逛完帝王谷和哈布城後，直接從盧克索包車過來的，已經在車上坐了5個小時了…重新定了家庭房，另外繳了一百多美金的税費，第二天又打電話叫我補交25美金。通過翻譯軟件交流，説這筆25美金是因為我的房費不是直接付款給他們的，所以他們從平台收取房費時，還會產生25美金手續費用，這樣需要我承擔..好吧，我又補交，不明白為什麼昨天不一次性收取？攜程服務是真的好，必須贊一個，我打電話過去迅速響應，幫我處理，還給我補了差價！

It was short and sweet. The hotel is more than wonderful. The workers are very polite and very helpful. The rooms are clean. The sports activity and the beach are very special. While there is a sea cow, there is a very wonderful view. The service on the beach is very very excellent. My regards to the best, Ahmed Haddad, and also the whole team.It was short and sweet. The comfort and personal treatment allowed us to feel as if we were on an individual family vacation. The incredible design and selection of colors in the hotel created only style and sophistication. Overall, everything was at a very high level. The rooms were spacious, bright and stylishly furnished, there was everything from which we needed for a full vacation. The food in the restaurants was prepared with high quality products, varied and delicious. The evening programs were very elegant and pleasant. The staff throughout the complex was very friendly. A nice beach in a bay with a reef, turtles and dugongs, which makes the hotel even more attractive for adventurers. Our choice of vacation exceeded our expectations

Excellent hotel, even more excellent hotel staff who did their job well, I can mention the excellent service from A. Nasser at the reception, even more excellent and warm service in the restaurant from the waiter Mohamed, I think he is the sweetest person we have met, such a pleasant atmosphere that it was even a sad to leave a hotel!

I warmly greet all the staff of the hotel Iberotel Costa Mares. Full professionalism and approach to guests at the highest level. A great place for relaxation and snorkeling among animals. We will definitely recommend !!!! :) Greetings :)
