The overall facilities are outdated, the staff is complicated, and the breakfast experience is very poor, basically the same as grabbing. The rooms are dated. More than 700 RMB is not recommended. The swimming facilities are good.

The hotel is very nice, big and the pool is very nice. The food is not very good. Lunch is very expensive 200 dirham and it is not very rich or traditional food. The rest is a good hotel.

This hotel is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and significant renovations. The general maintenance of the property is severely lacking, giving the impression that cleanliness is not a priority . Given its current state, I would strongly recommend that this hotel be closed for a complete overhaul to ensure it meets basic hygiene and comfort standards.

A SCAM My experience at Mogador Palace Agdal was disappointing. The rooms appeared outdated and poorly maintained, with cleanliness standards falling short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the reception service was extremely disappointing, marked by a noticeable lack of professionalism and rude attitude from the staff.

Completely the 5-star experience we wanted. The live music during buffet breakfast and lunch is always nice. The rooms are very large and spacious. The staff are so nice and polite… I loved my stay here and will be back for more.

DO NOT Book this place The hotel is scam, I reserved my booking twice each time they cancelled it. The communication is terrible no response for email or no answer called 8 times. Third time when reserved it they cancelled again just a few hours before our checking. Again no response no explanation. Few people mentioned it’s a dump

I travelled for business and stayed at this hotel for a little over a week, which seemed like a never-ending obstacle run. This is not a 5-star hotel by any stretch of imagination. Other than the ostentatious lobby with a massive chandelier, the rest of the property is poorly maintained and run down. There are two wings—one overlooking a very busy and noisy highway, and the other overlooking a pool with patios opening into the garden. I was given a room in the noisy wing which looked shabby, with scratched lamp shades, very poor A/C, and a telephone that did not work. There was no bathrobe or iron in the room, either. I reported it and asked for the phone to be fixed but that was ignored. In the evening I suddenly became aware of an intensifying acrid smell of chemicals coming from the hallway that was becoming intolerable. I was told that the hotel was undergoing a renovation and all the works had to be done after sunset. When I asked for another room, they claimed they were overbooked but reluctantly gave me another room down the hallway in the same wing. The room was slightly better, there were issues with the shower, but at least the A/C and the phone worked. As I found out later, they did put people in the other, greener and more quiet wing, which was largely empty. The following day I asked for room service (the hotel restaurant only served breakfast and dinner, so lunch options were limited). I was told it would take about 30 minutes, but two hours and five phone calls later, my order still hadn’t arrived. Every time I called, I got a different answer. I asked to speak to the manager but was ignored. No apologies were given. Housekeeping services, too, left much to be desired—they would forget to bring fresh towels or bottled water. On our first day, my colleagues and I had to buy bottles of water from the hotel, the clerk came up with a random price which, as it turned out later, was three times the retail store price. We were never quite sure about the price for dinner buffet either as it kept changing randomly from day to day. Part of the problem is that the hotel staff barely speaks English, so unless you are fluent in Arabic or French, you won’t get very far. That said, I am not sure it is the language barrier that is the issue—it is mostly poor management with an attitude problem that doesn’t care.

Was booked in here as part of a Luxtours stay,very bad.This hotel was impressive in the foyer but was all downhill from there. Filthy carpets( not just a few marks but many large uncleaned stains) on the very long hike with your luggage through dark,dank smelly hallways through the maze of gardens and long hallways to your room.No elevators or assistance offered. On entering the room- mouldy bathroom and unwashed sheets with hairs on them!! After going all the way back to reception I was offered a new room,no apology and no help to navigate back to a new room,even further away and having to drag a suitcase up staircases.This room was cleaner but had broken,falling down curtains and a broken shower. Do NOT stay here,I think it used to be good a long time ago but standards slipped and nice swimming pools in the pictures do not make up for very poor room standards.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant and the staff were very helpful. The pool was great and could fit many swimers. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. I strongly recommend for the price.

Avoid at all cost this hotel is absolutely disgusting. Dirty dirty dirty. Was given wrong room it was pointed out but it was so what attitude. We booked a pool view superior double room and was given a dirty out the back room. Hotel was disgracefully dirty

We arrived a little earlier than 3pm. We were greeted coldly by the manager at the front desk who couldn't be bothered to make eye contact let alone crack a smile. He took the payment and just said come back at 3. The hotel is run down, overpacked with locals who run the show. Customer service is like minus 10! Avoid this hotel, esp if you don’t speak the language. The street cats of marrakesh are better treated than non-Arabic speakers. Breakfast is manic, so badly organised. I'm glad we only stayed for two nights! Never again.
