Riad & Spa Esprit du Maroc

Marrakech|0.77km from From Résidence hiba El Manar Jame3 Lfna
Fantastic weekend away in Marrakech in a perfect authentic Riad within the Medina. We booked through easyJet holidays and this included a lovely breakfast. Breads, jams, yogurt, traditional beber omelette which is egg & tomato based. Coffee and fresh orange juice. This is a beautiful small traditional Riad tuck away down an alleyway. Not the easiest to find on your first visit but the taxi driver guided us. They also picked us up from the Riad. I was a little nervous after reading reviews about not finding the hotel but honestly it was fine. We arrived late at night and the staff let us eat in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. We travelled with friends so had two rooms, our friends had the koutobia which was amazing, large bed, two showers & even a little upstairs. It had double doors onto the courtyard with the small swimming pool. Our room was upstairs from the fountain courtyard, again another lovely traditional room. We booked a private tour guide for the morning after arrival through the hotel so this would help us find our way around for the next few days. This was fantastic as we went to places we would never have found and he also gave us points to look for so we could find our way back to the hotel easily. We also booked a massage within the hotel. OMG it was amazing and definitely recommend. The roof terrace is an amazing place to relax and also see the hot air balloons in the mornings. If we had more time this would have been a trip to try. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The traditional Moroccan courtyard hotel can do laundry by yourself. The facilities are average but clean. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Djemaa Market. The Badi Palace and Bahia Palace are also within walking distance. The breakfast is rich and the service is very dedicated. On the last day, we went to the desert early in the morning and asked for breakfast one hour in advance. The younger brother happily agreed, which was very good. The hotel is in a very secret alley, and there is no obvious sign. Ask the locals.

Staff are very friendly and go out there way to give you a good time. However there not clear with what they tell you. Yes we can do massage, nothing about if you cancel or any charges. When we didnt show to the one massage booked ,the hotel chased us for the whole amount and cancelation fee. The massage person said its okay not to worry but this didnt go anywhere as all staff were told about it. The manager agreed to help us in a way after adding on taxes per night near to £50. When i paid the charges i was then told our transport was cancelled which the manager had agreed. Me and my partner were already having a rough time as we were trying to enjoy our honeymoon. The room was alright, our shower had water coming out into the room, took the manager to come and see and realised they had closed the drain for some reason. The hotel dosent have a SPA which they have listed, if they do your going to another hotel elsewhere , they drop you and somewhere waits but you have to tip him for waiting. ( thats how they do things), tip for info or lift or even to buy food or they give you a bad look) The breakfast was good, we enjoyed other little things outside the hotel.
Riad Dar Coram

What a great place to stay! We were at Riad Dar Coram with our family and friends during the holidays in December. Yassin and staff made sure that we had the best time there from picking us up from the train station, making dinner for us at the Riad. (the dinner was so great that we ate there twice), doing laundry, to organizing day trips for us. I must say that the price was very reasonable. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. When I go back to Marrakech, I will stay there again.

The one who arrived in the morning and opened the door to greet us was a super beautiful man. This man gave me a bill and told me that the money I had to pay was twice the price I set online. Why, because this is Marrakech! Of course, Marrakech is a place where scammers are encountered all the time. It is equivalent to RMB 400 per night. It should be paid 800 for two nights. The bill he billed me is equivalent to more than 1,500 yuan? ..! why? ! ! Look at him so handsome, don't care about him, forget it. Now I’m writing a review here to tell everyone that the crooks in the streets of Marrakech, you must be careful of being slaughtered into meat sauce. The rooms are small but very cozy. That's it. In such high-consumption tourist attractions, the price is about the same.
Riad Dar Tiflet

The best thing about Riad Dar Tiflet without a doubt was Yassine, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our trip. From arranging taxi transfers, booking and collecting of coach tickets to visit Essaouira, serving a hearty traditional Moroccan breakfast and giving us travel tips that saved us from costly mistakes (e.g. helping us print our boarding passes for our return flight). These were just a few things Yassine did, there were many more lovely small gestures but I don't think I have the word count for this review to fit it all in! I have to give my heartfelt gratitude to Yassine for his warm, welcoming and exceptional hospitality to ensure our holiday was smooth and easy. We would always recommend anyone we know visiting Marrakech to stay here because I have never come across any other host this helpful in my travels. Last and not least, thank you for the little parting gifts. The Riad itself is traditional, cosy and the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. I read other visitors mentioning that their ensuite lacked 'privacy' because it was separated from the room with just a curtain. Whilst this is true, I had no issue with this as I was staying with my fiancé and I imagine it wouldn't be much different in other riads. The riad also has a beautiful rooftop terrace that is lovely at breakfast time and in the evenings, you have a decent view of the neighbourhood. The Medina is closely located, about 10 minutes walk and you can pretty much walk everywhere. We were able to buy snacks and water supplies very easily each day.

We pay 3 private rooms with bathroom and air-conditioning for 6 people, nothing more to come tells us that you have no rooms (when They ARE BY BEEN BY BEEN BY BEEN BY BEEN BY BEEN BY BEEN BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY BY B (one of them without air conditioning) and two other people to sleep in a shared room (evidently without air). We say no, basically xq the temperature in Marrakech exceeds 44 degrees and offers us a triple room with air conditioning and another triple room in another accommodation and the next day (we had paid 2 nights) The 3 rooms are available in your Hostel (ES A HOTEL, not a RIAD). The 3 girls staying in the accommodation, once they take them to the triple room, realize that there is no air conditioning, Just a few fans and as they say again, they are already put in the triple air-conditioned. The other 3 we go to the other accommodation with the indication of returning to the next day with baggage to stay in our rooms.lie... the next day, once we have breakfast, tells us that you have no 3 double rooms and offers us we stay in the triple room without air conditioning, we propose to return to the other accommodation and you will tell us now total, that from 8 a.m. to 16 a.m. we were waiting for confirmation from where we were sleeping that night ... finally, The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. and we have sleeped in 2 triples after fighting much with the accommodation, even the last day we had to discuss the payment of the fees as he pretended that we would pay them without paying the cost of the unpleasant rooms, finally gave us € 30 for silence
