Just stayed here for 12 days, yeah the rooms are small and so is the shower but who comes on holiday to stay in there room? Need more wardrobe space. The breakfast wasn’t great but the food at the hotel bar was fantastic and not badly priced. The bar staff go above and beyond for you. Ali,Carlos, ziggy all went that bit extra for you. The pool is lovely never had trouble getting a sunbed. Shop next door open 24 hours. Entertainment was on but we always ventured out. Met some lovely people, would defo stay again. It’s very close to everything and only like 5 mins to beach. Get money changed at reception. No commission. And yes there is a lift, we was on second floor and used a lift for luggage.

Great hotel in middle of Marmaris. Less than 5 minutes from everything including beach, restaurants and night life. Although you don't even need to leave hotel to have a good time. Staff are amazing - so friendly and are always entertaining by putting on event night s with food, entertainment acts and games. Staff are always making everyone feel welcome and included, could ask for a friendlier place. Pool is lovely. Rooms slightly small however, very clean and tidy and does not impact holiday experience. WiFi great, very fast and did not lose connect at any time even when by the pool. Would definitely come again as we felt so welcome.

Just arrived back from a lovely 2 week holiday at this hotel. We are a family of 6,children aged from 2,8,12 and 21 and can honestly say there was something for them all, they each had a fab time as did me and my partner.we as a family cant speak highly enough of all the staff, from reception to bar and entertainment staff and the rest of the asdamaris team, you were ALL amazing, friendly helpful and extremely welcoming ,THANK YOU ALL. We had 2 rooms which were next to one another and yes although on the smaller side, they were nice and clean and had what we needed. No complaints about the cleaning, ours were done pretty much everyday or at least every other day, fresh towels always given, couldn't find fault with laundry service. Cant thank SAMI enough (YOU ARE AMAZING).for the entertainment You put on around the pool, darts, killer pool, football card, bingo and much more,my kids loved it and so did my partner this brought everyone together around the pool which made for a very friendly atmosphere. Thanks to ferhat (ferrari) in the bar for being so kind and attentive(my king),he just couldn't do enough for us and was so interested in having a chat and learning english and what things meant. Ferhat you are a star. All the lads /girl (sorry dont know all your names who brought our drinks and food to us thank you,all kind and very friendly. All in all a fantastic holiday for us,would definitely recommend this hotel,I've read a few reviews which aren't very nice which I find hard to believe as we had such a great experience,.Thanks again everyone at asdamaris hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable and will definitely be coming back in future. SAMI YOUR A LEGEND,such a lovely man ,you made our holiday.x

DONT EVER STAY ASDA MARIS HOTEL (they say it’s new opened May 2022 but it’s not worth it at all)… It’s long review but honest reflection of what happened with us and what can happen with you… We have travelled round the country but my life’s biggest mistake is to book this hotel with jet2 but experienced a horrible service… I was really scared to stay at Asda Maris since I read the mixed reviews online, but At night when our transfer dropped us to the hotel I was abit alright that it looks decent hopefully it should be fine BUT… My first shocker… I was given a twin bedroom room which wasn’t a room it’s the 1st room on the left hand side when you enter which is more like a storage turned into mini room for emergency evacuation types… anyways after a lot of arguments and disappointment had to stay in coz they were adamant they didn’t have other room at all… but let’s start with the issues… Room sizes shown on pictures are deceiving (we told the customer relations guest rooms are like tiny boxes, he said everyone saying the same … what does that mean… change the bloody pictures on your own site and all the travelling companies who collaborate with you… but they just wanna take money and then your stuck… Anyways that room had no phone, Had no curtains, AC was broken, the panels wouldn’t tilt… I was freezing, It was so noisy in the morning that I woke up not with the alarm but with the noise, Had to pay for AC, who pays for AC it’s always has been included never known you have to pay for AC, My parents room door didn’t lock and my mum didn’t sleep all night… Total waste of time staying at Asda Maris… Anyways that night passed, and breakfast is only 08:00-10:00 like two hours only… but the cherry on the cake was breakfast had no options… Day 1: baguette bread, toaster which burns more than toasted bread, boiled eggs, beans, scrambled egg, selection of olives and cheese (who eats that in the morning), some pulped peaches, watermelon, cherry jam, honey and Nutella … a hotel should offer basic standard breakfast which everyone can eat coz there are 99% UK guest and give us bread, butter, selection of eggs fried, scrambled, omelette, eggs boiled, beans, hash browns and selection of fruits … give this to your guest and they will be happy… Day 2: bread, boiled eggs, suppose to be roasted potatoes but they were raw, grilled tomatoes (what do you eat that with coz no eggs apart from boiled and then again the olives till Nutella… we asked the staff and he said they have a menu they follow clearly their menu has a problem but no one wants to address that… Day: 3 bread boiled eggs, sausages, scrambled, olive and cheese bar, disgusting canned fruits, one thing which is nice that’s orange juice and they ran out 30m before breakfast ends… overall had just bread and butter which is not breakfast at all… Day 4: bread, boiled eggs(finished), grilled chillies and raw potato wedges, olive and cheese bar (but cheese was all finished), no fruits, milk and

I stayed here with two of my friends for 2 weeks in June, first impressions where good, nice and tidy as you walk in, rooms were tidy all ready for us, we were at the side of the hotel and the view wasn’t too bad, even though we booked a pool view, they didn’t have any available when we got there, however no problem as you wouldn’t be able to see the pool too much anyway and there’s no lifts to that side of the hotel. We stayed on floor 2 and the cleaner lady was always happy to help if we needed more things, we just used google translate or pictures, the rooms got cleaned if we didn’t use a do not disturb sign, nothing was stolen from our rooms, but we locked our things in our suitcases, only my tanning oil went missing which I more than likely left near the sun-beds. The best thing was having the ASDA Maris supermarket right next to the Hotel! We always went there to get snacks and take them into our rooms! The prices were very cheap there! Food at the Hotel was good, however it does get boring if you stay there more than a week! Prices weren’t too bad but it was cheaper to go out and eat! My favourite food was the breakfast! Someone mentioned there were no fruit, however I had watermelon nearly every morning I was there! Simple light fresh breakfast. Me and one of my friends had the Turkish bath, we had it done at the same time, it was very relaxing! And then we had masks which was an extra £5. The pool area was clean, and the pool got cleaned every night. We was in it nearly every day! The hotel is around a 10 minute walk to the beach! And all the shops! Very close! The area is very clean. I recommend paying for the air-con as it gets very warm! We wouldn’t survive otherwise! It was £5 a day, we didn’t mind paying for air-con as you do most places! The staff with who we interacted with were lonely, Ferat (hopefully not too far off with the spelling) always made us laugh with his silly comments, he asked my friend if she wanted to hear a secret and he told her that there’s a shark in the pool (funny guy) They always said good morning and goodnight to us, if we had any issues they’d get resolved! Sami who is the bar manager makes the hotel amazing, he greets everyone with a smile and a polite manner and he instantly becomes your friend! He got us a Wi-Fi box for a cheap price so that we could use Wi-Fi outside of the hotel so we don’t get lost! He always sat with us and had a chat! Any issues and he would sort it out! The entertainment was lovely, the only thing you had to pay for was the Buffet, so you could watch it for free! You could even order food from the hotel menu if you didn’t want to pay for Buffett. Overall I really enjoyed my stay! I wouldn’t mind coming back! DON’T LET THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS PUT YOU OFF COMIMG HERE - go and find out for yourself… if you have any questions you can always message them on Facebook eg if you’re a picky eater etc, they are always happy to give you more information! Weronika:)

went with jet 2, we were only couple arriving. we were given a room but it was very small. asked about an upgrade the next morning and the manager Hugo was brilliant and gave us a room overlooking the pool. Unfortunately the hotel has been closed for a while and then had refugees from the earthquake staying, so a lot of upgrade work hasn't been done yet, The cleaning staff are superb, the bar staff less so, but that was being improved on a daily basis. The breakfast was weird with lots of cheese and cereal on offer as well as mandatory boiled eggs. We only had lunch once which was tasty and reasonably priced The pool is excellent, with sun on it all day, if anything there are too many sunbeds, so no worries on that issue, just wander down and take your pick. There is also a first floor area where you can go (by the pool slide) Some of the rooms are quite tight spacewise and I wouldn't want to be in one for a fortnight unless you are just using it to sleep in. However Hugo the manger is very proactive and some rooms are too be remodeled to increase space available. Overall I enjoyed the stay and could see improvements most days, so that by summer peak season all should be well

Big shout opt to J.J and his team Nothing is too much trouble Fab location Everything is walkable or small taxi fare away . Ok down to the hotel it’s self . It is a bit tired Don’t expect the Ritz etc Rooms are small but cleaned everyday Breakfast is standard bread eggs fruit cereal Eat as much as you like again it’s very basic and possibly no good for kids Every evening there’s entertainment which is good .If you get a room on the back it will overlook some apartments The hotel have no control over how they look We had room 111 which was good as the balcony wasn’t overlooked much Price wise drinks food similar to everywhere else .
