Supreme Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks last year. The hotel is in a very nice location. I walked to the sea every day from the hotel. Close to the bazaar, market and shopping malls. Our room was a pool view apartment. Sometimes very nice and entertaining Turkish nights were organized by the animation team in the evenings by the pool.

The staff is really helpful. The food iş delicous. Hotel iş in the çift center and walking distance to the sea. We stayed for a week as a family. We have been twice before here. The housekeeping staff cleaned our rooms every day. Amimation team was great fun.

Staff ok, had room cleaned once after saying I would put photos on TripAdvisor and food disgraceful. Nice thing about the hotel was the pool otherwise don't stay there I definitely wont be going back. I appreciate you pay for what you get but a few basic things like cleaning our room but think twice before you book as it's not what its stated on the website.

I came here to this hotel with my wife and children. We did get a room that we didn’t like, and they changed it directly with no questions. Their service is excellent. The reception is very helpful, smiling and kind. Their cleaning staff are very good at cleaning. You get clean towels every day and blankets when needed. They are kind and always greet you. The pool area is nice, the hotel isn’t too loud with high music. The staff at the restaurant and bar is very helpful and always willing to help you. In general a very excellent hotel for a fair price.

We arrived here at around 2.30am once we got there we was greeted reception, you give passports in they copy those, give you the room card, we asked for something to eat, but was just given like an app, we decided to go out and have a walk and found quite a few eating places open, so the guy on reception shouldn't say there's nowhere to eat as there is. We went for a kebab not really understanding the money, we soon realised we paid too much. But we was starving so put that down to experience, the hotel lift is so small its like a box but thats fine, upon arriving in the room we liked the space decent size. My partner opened balcony door and laughed so I looked and it was just like a tiny ***** along.. so I said no we are changing rooms. Went to reception they said we could change and the next day we did. Was moved to a lovely room with pool view and large balcony 😍 we was happy.. The staff all are really nice 👌 The food, now this is where there was so many people who just moan constantly it gets a bit boring.. rice, pasta, chips, chicken a few different dishes.. breakfast was basic but my partner loved all the salads and olives, cheese etc so he was happy. Me I'm happy with a coffee in a morning.. all ill say is upon reading all reviews before going felt like oh no.. but really you have your drinks, your food, the pool your room.. some of these reviews are just ridiculous 🙄 The hotel is yes pretty basic, but you make your holiday the best that you can.. dont moan, coz your only ruining your own holiday. You dont like it there then go out there's so much outside shops restaurants and bars.. we did 2 trips Turkish bath was amazing, the atlantis waterpark was also fab.. always book the trips at the bar in the hotel ask for cheaper they do it and transfers also from hotel. The sunshine everyday by the pool was lush I've developed a bad cough not sure if that was the aircon All in all.. was a nice break away holidays are what you make them if your gonna moan at everything stay at home lol 😆 the solarium above is absolutely perfect for sunbathing and quiet time most people don't know about this its lovely

1st time staying at this hotel with my daughter. stayed bed and breakfast. Hotel staff very helpful and polite. Rooms cleaned everyday, rooms a great size. I can only say if u have problems outside the resort these staff will make u feel safe and secure and I thank them so much xx would def recommend ,close to beach as well.

Absolutely gutted this is the worst hotel ive ever stayed in its unclean handle railings up the stairs hanging off pest control was in the rooms on the 4th day , dont know why we paid for all inclusive because the choice was abysmal not one person had anything good to say about the food my partner was sick off it breakfast was boiled eggs or scrambled then dinner was pasta with salad then tea was burger and chips which is brought out and left for hours without getting refreshed we couldn't ask what soup it was because there was no labels and the staff shrugged there shoulders when we asked what was in it so if you have an allergies you are screwed because there no labels or food or ingredients the drink choice was disgusting it was tuborg out of a warm can poured in a glass with some ice in to make it cold the spirits made everyone ill because it was like paint ******** we had to eat out all day and night wich ended up being a very expensive holiday wich was unnecessary if you pay by cash they try adding on £10- £20 on your bill thinking you dont no how to work out the lyra. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS. i can honestly say though the only good thing is the staff are lovely but that is it

All staff very friendly and helpful. Nice food. Great to feel very welcome and looked after by Suheyla at the receptionist and her team. Would be happy to return in the future and would recommend to anyone who wants to have a relaxing break. Thank you
