I stayed here recently and would have to say for a 3 Star it was pretty good overall. Especially when you compare to the expectations I would normally have of my usual 5 Star Nature Diamond hotel I usually stay at 5 minutes away. ^ As has been said before there are some stairs to get up to the rooms. My case was very kindly taken up for me on arrival which was a nice touch. * Room was pretty clean (but not perfect..but nor was it in a 5 star) overall. Any issues I had with things that needed fixing were sorted very quickly. An aged flat screen TV; but I didn't use it as quite old and no international channels. To be fair hopefully you won't be spending too much time in room anyway. Cleaning included daily change of towels and the odd toilet roll thrown in for good measure. But sheets not changed though out stay. But again this is a 3 Star do expectations have to be moderated. Bathroom a dated but in reasonable order. *Staff were good and the managers (husband & wife team) were great and tried their best to do anything for you. Definitely a BIG plus for Hani as you don't always get that. In fact the team there were always try to help throughout my stay. Thank you Team Hani ;). * They do breakfast; but to be honest I only looked at it once; but thought better of it and had breakfast outside throughout my stay. And there are a hatful of places to get a breakfast no more than 5 minutes away from hotel & it's cheap too. Meals are available at the Hani and I had a meal the evening of my arrival what was nicely presented. Bar was reasonably stocked but no rum boo :) * They have aircon in the room which is a must really. But they charge for a safe if you want one and no fridge or place to put your case on in room. Which I have to say is fair enough as only a 3 star, They have an aircon unit in the outside seating area which is a nice touch. * Free Wi-Fi which is great; but it was a weak signal in my room. But to be honest not many hotels offer great Wi-Fi in both communal & your room too. Maybe a booster on each floor could fix that. And that includes 5 Star Nature Diamond Hotel. In fact I found some of the strongest signals whilst in Marmaris in some of the restaurants. Overall aside from some small areas that need some love/updating it was a pleasant stay at the Hani so thank you team. By the way this is a pet friendly hotel so if allergic to cats or dogs this isn't for you. I happen to like both so had no complaints :).

The location is right in the city centre, next to the only shopping centre and many restaurants. Traveling is very convenient and you don't have to worry about being unsafe. The housing facilities are very good and also have a small balcony. The hotel comes with a small pool. Take a taxi from Otogar bus station to the past 25 liras. There is a car at the door to go to the port (and a walk), 1.25 lira. Anyway, I think 200 living here is worth it (including dinner and breakfast).

This was a stay with the family with 5 persons: I dont want to leave a negative feedback as we didnt stay here for too long. However the disadvantages we experinced that there was a lot of issues regarding payment to the Hotel so we payed at checkin without knowing if our booking was rejected or not. Maybe we was lucky? 1. Remark that the pool is very small 2. Parking issues however this has maybe nothing to with the hotel. The reception couldnt help us, However a local kind person helped us navigating to a nearby possible parking space This hotel is very close for your nightlife and experincinces regaring cafees or alocohol cafees! This is very nice if you are into this. It could be noise at night, but the hotel is also located very good to the local bars and nightclubs. Be aware that the single/double rooms are very small. Almost claustrophobic. At last we had an OK stay for a couple of days. There is also a big aqua park nearby! A lot of shops too.

Pros: - The rooms have recently been refurbished, everything is quite fresh and clean - good gym - warm swimming pool and hammam - breakfast is not luxurious, but very edible Minuses: - no private parking (but out of season you can always find it on the street not far from the hotel) - old and small TVs in the rooms - only cable channels work, no youtube/netflix/Android tv and other internet services - weak water pressure in the shower and a watering can in the shower without modes - I would like to see this in a hotel with a spa prefix :-)

I stayed at the Poseidon hotel in July this year with a friend an we had a great time! Everything was excellent - our room was clean and comfortable, the food was amazing, both Turkish and international cuisine, and our free time was filled with lovely activities organized by DJ Burak - we enjoyed water fitness, yoga classes, table tennis and darts tournaments, and great music played by the hotel swimming pool. Great cocktails and snacks made our stay at the beach and by the swimming pool more complete. We were never bored and never hungry! :) The staff is polite, fun and always ready to help. The real Turkish hospitality! I would definitely like to repeat this experience.

In Marmaris, the apartments were taken for the first time and with the first attempt of such luck :) The room is spacious, two-room. In the main room of the corner sofa, a large TV with a bunch of channels, The netflix (needs to check) and the USB port, a large comfortable bed is thrown out of the wall. In the bedroom, another bed, a wardrobe, a folding dryer, a twig and a small smooth board. Both beds are comfortable, mattresses are not too soft, but sleep comfortable, pillows are also excellent. In each room its own air conditioning and balcony. In the niche at the entrance mini-kitchen with a washing machine, electric stove, washing machine, teapot, a bunch of dishes and an excellent refrigerator with a small freezer. There are all necessary cooking: pans and pans, olive oil bottle, salt pepper, tea and hammer coffee. Bath is standard but also spacious, there is a fan. The pipe is excellent. The room is simple but stylish, everything is clean and neat. Lamps with dimmers. The location at the hotel is successful. To the beach five minutes walk, to the city center a couple kilometers. Literally through the house there is ”Migros” open until midnight, so you can run for food in a couple of minutes. Staff is as positive and welcoming as possible. Cleaning once a week, but for a small extra charge you can order any day. If you need the expenses (papers, toilet paper, etc.) you can ask, everything will bring. In general, we were delighted with the apartments :) From the downsides, except that sometimes the noisy central street behind the window, but the bedroom on the opposite side of the road, and sleep noise does not prevent. It would still be cool to add some local appetites to the kitchen, Because in the shops everything is sold with quite large packaging.

Great location, you can look out over the bay, and get morning, day, and afternoon sun. It's pool area has a path to the beach, you only need to cross over a pedestrian walkway and your on the sand. Breakfast is healthy and plentiful. The staff are all friendly and helpful, they helped me sort out things which were nothing to do with them, went the extra mile. It also has a gym which is a real gym (unusual in a hotel). Parking is easy. The whole thing is easy. It's not the most modern hotel but it is charming and crucially it's spotlessly clean and everything works. Really excellent value.
