Perfect. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms and all areas in and outside the hotel are well maintained, with everything perfectly maintained and I’m place. The decor and design throughout are great. The hotel location is perfect, in the beach front and central in the resort The food is delicious, with a great selection which varies daily Would recommend it to anyone

The hotel itself is lovely and a great location, if you want a more laid back area than it’s neighbour Marmaris. The food however was terrible and always cold. The staff were brilliant (except the chefs 😂 although I bet they are lovely people)

Lovely hotel, clean pool, nice little restaurant upstairs with a gorgeous outside veranda where you have an amazing view of the sea and the mountains. The room had all the basics but was everything you needed and was cleaned every morning. The cleaner was so friendly and brightened up my morning! There is a nice little bar in the gardens which is seperate to the hotel but is a must visit as the owner is lovely!

I stayed at this hotel from the 23 rd of may to the 29. I stayed in room 502 which was overlooking the sea to marmaris. From the moment we got there all the staff were top notch. The manager should be really proud how well his staff has made us feel welcome from the reception to the cleaners all really friendly. I would 100% go back again. Even the guy named musafa who was down the beach made us feel really welcome. Food was really nice from breakfast to evening meal. Thank you again all the staff From Stuart and Amanda ford.

I have been coming for years to Turkey,never received such a bad service.No hot water I. The rooms ,no beach towels,really uncomfortable bed,loud music playing at the bar.Horrible breakfast.They will ruin your holiday

The staff are what makes this hotel, all superb ..the hotel itself is dated and needs upgrading ..broken chairs plugs etc bit of effort and small investment needed to make it much better ... the food is repetitive as you would expect in an all inclusive but you can always find something ..we ended up having to eat out the 2nd week ..the alcohol is just the worst i tried a few times even double doubles at times and nothing wasn't until we went out and paid for alcohol you noticed the difference , i would not recommend all inclusive total waste of money , what totally spoiled it for us was being totally misled and lied to by the Rep selling excursions ..the hotel gave us an envelope on arrival with a welcome meeting time ..we went and where met by Eser from Rota/open travel who lied and totally mis sold us packages the Turkish bath experience was horrendous and neither he or the hotel could care less when challenged..book your own excursions stay away from Rota and specifically Eser, i would stay again due to the staff ...not all inclusive and would not book any excursions through them either

We have been coming to this hotel for many years now. The 1st time was when our son was conceived (lol) then known as the Elif Mar, 25 years ago! The update which this hotel has had over the years is great. As of late the decor in the bedrooms do need updating, but you can get by. The main reason we come back to this hotel is because of the location, the friendly atmosphere among the staff with us and also the cleanliness of our rooms. The reception staff are extremely attentive to your needs if you have a problem or a request. They will go above and beyond their call of duty. The housekeeping will do anything for you, I had a torn blouse and they repaired it without charge, no problem, done within 30 mins. The bar staff are happy and very chatty with you, asking about you and letting them know abt themselves too. If you are all inclusive, ok, the food can get a bit repetitive if your staying for 2 weeks, but there are so many varieties, bearing in mind it is not your 5 star from Spain were you get amount fulls of dishes. It is a small boutique hotel adults only, not a big hotel. The drinks are all inclusive but not on exported ones, as well as cocktails. In all we will be staying in this hotel again, it is right on the beach, free sunbeds and towels on the actual beach.
