This property is run down and filthy. Our room 225 had a missing smoke detector and moldy shower. The carpet was gross and property dated and neglected.

Card for entry didn’t work several times had to reset or get new one at front desk . Last night at the location someone tried gaining entry into my room , but thank goodness i had the safety latch on . Do they attempt med to gain access definitely with a hotel card ..
I packed up my belongings at approximately 9pm and left immediately after police arrived to check on situation, I’m asking for a full refund or at least for the one night i left before harm could happen

Quick, efficient check in and out. Liked that it has a later check out than most hotels. Location met our needs. Older facility that could benefit from some freshening. Very plain and neutral.

Got bedbugs from property
Marissa the manger led me around and dismissed my claims
Asked for owners name and she denied me
Refused to refund any monies
Horrible staff and crappy location across the street from a hospital
Very unhygienic..

Bugs in the room. A lady was at the front with a crying baby. Shady people sitting in their car where you check in at for hours on in with the music playing. I think they were there to maybe wash their clothes? I seen a lot of dirty clothes in bags being brought in. Just didn’t feel right.

I felt unsafe that people were sitting outside drinking in the front of hotel. I think they may have been guest but it seemed ridiculous to sit outside when temperatures was approx in 58-61 degrees. All men in a junky car.

The carpet could use a shampoo or replacement . The staff was nice and bathroom clean.

Unfortunately very dirty and in disrepair. The first room was not clean at all. We had to change rooms. The host was a little perturbed but did upgrade us for free. However, while a nicer room, it still had discoloration and mild on the shower, cracked ceiling. We had lost confidence and ended up leaving after 2 nights.
