No encontraban mi reserva, la habitación debí solicitar repasar aseo de la habitación. No habían toallas debí pedir el control del modem del televisor no estaba y no había instrucciones claras para su manejo. Aunque es ajeno al hotel, mucho ruido externo

Buen estado de habitaciones, camas cómodas, sin duda lo mejor es la ubicación y cercanía al parque. Excelente atención y disposición a la hora de ayudar a los huéspedes. El aseo que es el factor más importante es excepcional.
