We required some room facilities through hotel application form but it seems nobody reads this. Also the receptionist didn't inform us about additional facilities we can use so we had to remind him. Restaurant food is ok but there is a feeling that there is not enough stuff and that they cannot prepare tables on time. The room was ok but needs renovation. Cooling unit was leaking and during the first night ceiling fell on the floor and we had water all over. Hotel reacted fast and during our breakfast they repaired the ceiling. After repairing water was steel pouring from the climate but ceiling didn't fall again during our stay. Room was cleaned every day and that was ok. Last day we spotted cockroaches on the floor.

Perfect stay for reasonable price, excellent staff that kids love( you need to meet mr. Danijel J.), lovely nature with squirrels, excellent spa with fitness, indoor and outdoor pool, tasty food with several types of meal. You can't fail with visit this hotel. Suggested for every season of the year.

Just returned from a beautiful holiday visited this hotel several years ago now !loved it then and still do! About an hour distance from airport which to be honest went quickly due to the beautiful scenery! Hospitality is wonderful by all in Novigrad !even at one of the local banks where we managed to exchange the kunas we’d accumulated over the years ! there was no problem at all at the bank to exchange to euros! With no charge! Hotel was in a beautiful location a great walk into the town managed to do at least 10000 steps a day we so earnt a few beers and beautiful lunch in novigrad!Watch out for mosquitoes they really are out and about at the moment! As for the hotel the service was excellent! The restaurant never disappointed and the rooms were kept spotless ! Thankyou hotel maestral we will be back! A truly class holiday!!

Take a two-room suite suite for a family with two children in August at the height of the season. Hotel 3*, but is definitely worth your money, service level is better than many fours. Features: 1) Very small rooms (size as in Hong Kong hotels or old buildings of European cities). Two in the room will move tightly, the suitcase can only be fully unlocked on the balcony. 2) Free lying is not enough for everyone, so it is necessary to take comfortable places from evening or early in the morning. 3) Staff at the bar at the pool sometimes trick, working without checks or selling drinks at a price higher than in the menu. Plus: 1) Clean and caring everything including rooms, common zones and territory around the hotel. The room was cleaned every day. 2) A large own pool, enough lying around it, also around there is its own green zone on grass with lying under umbrellas or in the shadow of the pineapple and Ciparis. 3) A good restaurant-table with drinks included in the cost of breakfast and dinner. During 2 weeks of rest, I didn't have time to eat, dinners change every evening, Thursdays local kitchen day. 4) Children feed lunch free of charge. For families with children it is just a rescue. 5) A lot of free entertainment throughout the day, from aquagimnasty yoga and volleyball to discotheque for children and adult show at night. Everyone will find something of its own. 6) Good beach at least 1 minute from the hotel. There is no need to pay for lying on the beach - you can leave things on lying at the pool and go swimming in the sea.
