給小朋友洗澡的時候沒熱水，好不容易有熱水了洗澡時候花灑噴出來的水居然是銹水
第二天吃早餐的時候，明明訂房已經預訂好了自助早餐，服務員過來説有個房間沒預訂，給房卡去核對，還説沒預訂，後來拿表格過來對，才説看錯了房間，還把兩張房卡弄丟了，説已經放我們桌面上
