Great hotel I stayed there a couple of days it's a bit old but the service is amazing and the rooms are clean some rooms are newer than others. Location is great and the A/C is strong the hotel breakfast is not so great but there is an amazing dimsum in the hotel.

Maoming Lijing Hotel is an old-fashioned star-rated hotel. The hall on the seventh floor is magnificent. It can be seen that it was also one of the best hotels in Maoming that year. The room is very large, very well ventilated, and the shopping mall downstairs is very convenient. However, due to some days, the interior decoration is relatively old, Xiaoqiang climbed up in the middle of the night, scared to sleep all night! 😓Pay attention to the girl’s stay! 🤔In the morning, put on your shoes and go downstairs to eat breakfast and run a Xiaoqiang out! 房間對着的平台機器噪音比較大。
房間挺大，不過剛開門有一陣潮濕的味道，房間裏悶悶的。
燈光不足，都是黃色射燈，全身鏡的位置沒有燈。
自助早餐變得太差了呢。之前在7樓早餐還挺豐富的。員工的早餐和客人的一起吃，蒸包子很多，炒粉就是粉，倒了醬油拌拌，雞蛋和葱額都不下，衹有豆漿和茶水，沒有水果沒有牛奶。餐具雜亂，唉～蒸玉米有點……好像隔夜了，有點味道

設施：設施是比較傳統的裝修風格，大堂裝修大氣高檔，地段也很好，明顯是當年排得上號的
衞生：整體衞生環境很乾凈，洗手間和浴缸都相當乾淨
服務：開房查房速度都很快，其他沒體驗
唯一吐槽的是地下停車比較麻煩

去海南的路上選擇在茂名下道住宿，酒店在繁華地段，樓裏就有商場和超市，樓下很多停車位，對面有個農貿海鮮市場，周圍吃飯的地方非常多，酒店大堂很氣派在7層可辦理入住，國慶期間這酒店也不漲價，定含早餐的房間是很值的，因為早餐很是豐盛，趕上吃早飯的人多就會更豐盛，能吃到很多廣東特色茶點。酒店還有洗烘一體的洗衣機，10層還有個大露台供客人晾衣服，真是太貼心了。房間和衞生間都非常寬敞，還有浴缸，浴缸套需要去前台購買18元一個，很喜歡這個廁所裏的晾衣繩，住過幾十家酒店很少能遇到配晾衣繩的。再説説問題，廁所垃圾桶下的地磚非常噁心，能不能給遮一下呢，還有枕套起了很多小球，説明含棉量不是很高，其它床品和毛巾品質還是可以的，最主要是這個床太硬了睡着不是很舒服，好在起床後不會腰痠背痛。總體還是很滿意的，住了兩晚上，對茂名市的印象非常好，國慶期間來這種小城市是正確的選擇。

酒店在市中心，以前是四星級酒店，但現在很舊了，可能都有10多年沒有裝修，保留了20年前裝修，衞生間和房間都比較陳舊。酒店大堂在五樓，比較寬敞，有點氣派。酒店停車場很小，停不了幾台車。

老酒店了，設施舊點，熱空調不給力，晚上洗澡水很熱的，早上水涼，正好我們入住的時候天氣很冷。
入住需要額外按金，退房原路返回。
跟阿姨溝通需要懂點廣東話。
