I stayed here based on the reviews. After checking in, I felt very good. I booked it considering the location and convenience for a beach vacation. After checking in, I felt that the place was very clean and tidy, especially the bedding, which was very satisfying for someone like me who is very mysophobic! The front desk staff are attentive and enthusiastic. The room is very new and the beach is just a few steps away. The facilities and equipment are very complete. The wedding chapel and poetry chapel are great for checking in and taking photos. The infinity pool and restaurant on the 7th floor are great for taking photos. The vacation environment is very comfortable, and overall I am very satisfied. I will stay at the Maoming Romantic Coast Sheraton Resort next time!

🚗 Transportation: It is very convenient to drive, the hotel has free parking 🧹Sanitation: Sanitation is not very good, the water stains on the shower head are obvious, the equipment and facilities are seriously aging, and the paint is falling off the room, see the picture. 🍃Environment: The overall environment of the hotel is still very good, especially the hot spring egg place. There are dozens of large and small hot spring pools and amu*****t parks. It is definitely a good choice to bring children. 🔔Service: Miss Zhang Lihua is very good. Any problems during the stay are actively coordinated and resolved. I would like to express my gratitude. I also gave two bottles of mineral water and fruits when I left.

The location is remote and there are no shops in the area, so it is difficult to find good restaurants. We also don’t want to eat the hotel buffet or Chinese food. Just outside the village, there is nothing. Service: My husband had diarrhea in the middle of the night and went to the front desk to ask if there was any antidiarrheal medicine. He also asked if there was a water temperature thermometer, but there was none. I asked Xibuchi to do it in the room and waited for almost half an hour before he came. The service is not up to five-star standards, and the attitudes of the front desk and guest service operators are not friendly enough. Facilities: The basic hardware is five-star standard. The pavilions and water terraces in the park are well landscaped. There is nothing interesting except the hot springs. There is no indoor heated swimming pool, and there are not many play areas for children. Not even pet-friendly. We went on Valentine's Day. Because there were many people celebrating the New Year and I was pregnant, we just soaked in the room and didn't go to the public pool to join in the fun. I won’t comment on Yushuigu. It still takes a while to walk from the Sheraton Hotel, including the hotel’s spa, which also requires walking to Yushuigu. All in all, it's a remote place and the service isn't attentive enough. I really don't think it's worth the price. Will not come again!
