I am very happy with the hotel as the room are clean and they have upgraded our room to bigger one without any additional charges, free additional breakfast as well. Breakfast are superb nice

We booked a double bed in the afternoon. There was hair on the bed. The bathroom was blocked for urination and showering. It was the worst hotel experience ever. The service was OK. We called and unblocked the toilet in time. We gave up showering. It's close to the ancient Qiang city of China. The location is OK.

I went there for the Vienna brand, but it felt like I had entered a knock-off. I have never seen such a dirty and messy laundry room. There was nothing there. The front desk was clueless. The room was damp and smelled bad. Anyway, I will never choose Vienna again!!!
