It is quite neglected, in many parts there was no light and there are many stairs so it is dangerous that they do not have light, some places are very dirty!

The truth is that it is unpleasant, the food has a good presentation but it doesn't taste very bad. It lacks maintenance, there were errors in the rooms, the water was constantly running out, there is no good cleaning, there was too much dust and even small spiders.

The hotel and villas need repair of details on windows, doors and facade. Secure and isolate gas and water heating systems to prevent contact of children

The elevator does not work or all floors. The reception parking lot is very small and the others have a LOT of stairs. Due to problems with their system, they delayed check-in, then they started answering the phone and other people without finishing serving us. They wanted to give us a different room than the one reserved

The hotel is very old, nothing like the photos shown here, really don't stay there, there are better options at a good price in Manzanillo. The room was very old and with many damages, there were also termites, mosquitoes and cockroaches, I told the lady at the reception that the window was broken and that she should change my room and she told me that there were no more in a very rude manner when she Hotel was very lonely, now I understand why. All the facilities are very old without maintenance and you have to go down many stairs to get to the room. When we arrived we spent more than 20 minutes waiting at reception because there was no one to assist us. In the pool area there was not a single decent lounge chair to use, they are all broken and very stained, in such a way that you don't want to use them, likewise, there are also a lot of mosquitoes in the pool even though it smells too much of chlorine. The lady at the reception leaves a lot to be desired both in her appearance and in her attitude. Seriously, don't stay at that hotel, I don't recommend it at all.
