Location is great at the quiet neighbourhood. However, front desk folks are always not at their station during check in period. Whenever we are out or back to hotel, the lobby is always empty. When you need to enquiry something, you need to ring them. Their housekeeping is not checking when their guests will be checking out. They are opening each room to check.

lcation is good, no noice from outside. naar city center. Breakfast is also good. Service is friendly, also to our dog. Only the room we got is smaller than what we have Booked?

Great place to stay, room was very clean and comfortable. Location near the train station too.

Service at front desk was awful, borderline rude, and everytime I asked anything from the front desk, they seemed very annoyed by my questions/requests since the moment of check-in. Maybe because I didn't speak German as most guests. The phone in the room was disconnected, no coffee machine in the room, and the sink was clogged when I moved in. Quite disappointing for a 4 stars hotel which is supposed to be one of the best in the region.

Hotel right next to main station was the only good thing. Not much “life” around the area. Good as a transfer point.

Near to Mannheim Train station and quite good restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staffs, clean hotel. No room slippers so the toilet floor is cold at night. Overall had a good stay here.

New hotel near central station. I liked atmosphere in hall with bar. Housekeepers are perfect.

The hotel is very new, the room is very big, and the price is reasonable! It really can't be compared with China. The population of a city is not as large as that of a town in China. There are still many local Chinese.

Very good hotel, great location, the best in Germany these days, probably more international. Turn right from the station and then turn right again to the intersection of platform 2-12, and the hotel is right outside. The early praise is also good.

We have used the hotel many times. It is like "coming home" every time. It offers good value for money. Despite the proximity to the train station, you can hardly hear the trains. You can park in the parking garage next door. Sometimes you are lucky and find a free parking space outside, but you should always be aware of parking restrictions due to residents' parking spaces, otherwise it will be expensive.
