Falnir Palace

The room service was disappointing, with mold on the walls. My room had a door that connected to another room, and despite assurances from the staff that it was locked and safe, i could constantly hear noises from the other side. There were no basic toiletries, no towel, not even a single tissue. The room seemed to have been sprayed with freshener to create an illusion of cleanliness, but unfortunately, it wasn't the case. The food service was also subpar. Except for one person, some of the staff were rude and barely acknowledged any requests. As someone who frequently travels to mangalore for work purposes, i have decided not to book this place again. It was certainly not worth the amount paid.

My hotel stay was good. Friendly staff and also provided me two hours early check-in but they have not charged me more for it.

Great hotel, with customer centric staff at all levels. Room quality is also very good. I have used this facility before & will continue doing so, whenever i visit mangalore in the future.

Room and bathroom are of average cleanliness. Very near to railway station. There are adequate staff for room service. Complementary breakfast consists of tasty vegetables foods.

Good place to stay. Location is very good and room ambience is also nice. Help

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at the falnir palace in mangalore. I have stayed here a couple of times before so i know the hotel quite well. We had booked an ac deluxe room which was neat and tidy, but could have been bigger. I expected a much bigger room. But the room was very clean, the staff helpful. The best part is that the hotel is very accessible in terms of location and is near to many important places in the city. So overall, a good stay.

Room was good with ac and was clean and hygienic. Only thing what i felt was tv was and television was not working. No response was shown even after reminding so much
