Location is very convenient and near Piccadilly station and room space is good to open two luggage same time。

I had a great experience during my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the service was of a high standard, which made my stay quite pleasant. The only issue I encountered was that the TV in our room was not working. However, the manager was quick to address this problem and offered us an additional hour for check-out as compensation. Overall, despite the minor inconvenience, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again.

Everything is okay. It is convenient for us to pay visits around the city. We would be happier if there is air-conditioning in the hotel room.

Good location but lack of instructions on how to get to the hotel from station, please notice you will need to get to the exit via Fairfield road to find the hotel. Room not so spacious but clean. We were allocated just besides the lift so you can imagine the noise, also due to the exterior modifications there were noise since quite early in the morning.

Waiting to get bottle of water more than 30 minutes and face towel was not clean also the room which i chose i don't get same.

Location was excellent, due to renovations around , weekdays are not noisy

Breakfast is of good quality Service average. The hotel is undergoing renovation. Poor sinage

Comfort and nice… clean and strategic location

The duty manager on the day of my check in was not friendly at all. Otherwise, the rooms are big and spacious.

Good hotel, but in decoration, which is not very comfortable for me.

Staff on reception are really nice and helpful and deliver a personalized service. They asked about my journey, and if I needed any recommendations for dinner etc. At checkout they wished me a safe journey. They do make an effort! They have complimentary copies of the financial times and new York times. The rooms are bigger than we'd expected with great views of the city. Tea and coffee provided is good quality. The room was clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable, sheets were high quality. And it only cost me about 20 pounds more to stay here then it would have cost for a more budget hotel Location is excellent, just around the corner from Piccadilly.
