Location was superb , literally next to liberation square (3 mins walk )and the hotel reception was helpful to help us with the issue we faced on wechat It’s was a real prime location near to all Chongqing famous sights. Breakfast should improve to have a wider variety. But the yogurt machine is a plus Hotel rooms are clean and water pressure is good. The laundry room is a very good and useful for hotel guests .

The location is superb, right in the middle of the city with metro system right beside it. The hygiene is tiptop with all the staff being polite and helpful. I really like the tea and supper provided by the hotel.

No major problem just the only problem is there are too much customer using the lift and wasting time just to go down or go up.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Despite arriving late at night, the friendly staff checked us in efficiently. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a great view from a high floor. The location in the Jiefangbei district is fantastic, with eateries downstairs offering noodles, bubble tea, and snacks. It's also a short walk to a delicious Chongqing hotpot restaurant and popular attractions like Hongya Cave and various shopping centers. The hotel offers free use of several washers and dryers, as well as complimentary access to the gym. Highly recommended!

Nice & clean hotel. Especially love that they have gym & laundry facilities available which we enjoyed using during our trip. Breakfast was nice & the staffs were helpful and friendly as well!

The hotel is conveniently situated to all attractions, friendly front counter staff especially Lynn , very helpful. Morning breakfast is food and lots of variety ! Highly recommended 😄

The location is great. The service is good. Only problem is too many hotels in this building, the elevator sometimes is very crowded. But i will choose this hotel again nexttime.

First of all, Frank the manager is outstanding. Hotel is way above any of this class we have been. China or the rest of the world. Highly recommended.

A new property. Room is spacious thus good for triple sharing or family with kids. Check in & breakfast area are on level 21. We checked in near midnight and weren’t satisfied with our initial assigned room. Jake & Bella from reception are patient and help us with our request. Breakfast has mostly Asian food which is common in China. Plus point is we are allowed to store our luggage despite not staying with them after coming back from day trip. Highly recommended.

The hotel location is really good as it is walkable (range from 5mins to 15mins) to many tourist spots. I booked a family room. The room was very basic with 2 double beds and a small table with 2 chairs. The room was a bit dusty and had limited space to lay out our stuff and put things that we bought, so we have to open and close the luggage a few times everyday. Staff at the reception and dining place weren't very friendly and not helpful but the housekeeping lady was quite helpful. The building housed 9 hotels, so the lifts were always very crowded. Hence, we always need to queue for the lift or wait for a few lifts before we can enter.
