The breakfast service makes you feel well attended at all times and there are so many varieties of foods to pick from that in two weeks I haven't eaten the same thing twice. The room looks spotless and spacious with a beautiful waterfront view. The best thing about the location is going shopping at the City Center Mall which is connected to the Westin and it gives you access to all the restaurants, shops, and grocery store without having to get in your car to get there. I still have two more weeks to go and I'm impressed of the professionalism everyone at the Hotel treats you with. I will recommend the Westin to everyone wanting to enjoy their time all in one area.

Very good hotel location, it is inside the city center hotel. They have valet parking for free for residents but they are a little bit slow, so call them from your room to bring your car before you leave your room. Very clean hotel and good for couples and families.

❌❌black list hotel❌ Never go this hotel they STOLE MONEY from the safe. I lived in this hotel from 25th April until 28th April. Before check out when I prepared my baggage I opened the safe and found that the money was stolen total 1800$!!!!! The hotel manager European man didn’t want to help me he was against me. There are no cameras near the entrance to the room and near the villa. It’s impossible to proof. Stuff know it and steal money. Moreover they very arrogant ask a lot of uncomfortable questions and ask for money for tea and are often dissatisfied and slow. Nobody will help you. They will say it’s your fault it’s impossible. I didn’t write my feedback earlier because I waited police decision but one month passed they don’t want work and don’t want talk when I call them. So please never go this hotel I worry if they go unpunished they will do it to other people! Wow, what an incredible experience at the Rotz-Carlton Hotel! The restaurant staff, especially Loren, Karen, and Sharelyn, provided exceptional service with a sparkling smile. Attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, they made the breakfast and brunch exceptionally memorable. The food was hot and fresh, and the server even offered to clean up the table every after plate. The level of service and care exceeded everyone’s expectations. But what was really impressing was the in-room food service. I was delivered a ‘Bon Voyage’ cake in my room after staying for 11 days by Astoird. Ah, the great chocolate cake! A culinary masterpiece that tantalizes the taste buds and satisfies even the most discerning sweet tooth. Moist and velvety, with a rich, deep chocolate flavor that's neither too sweet nor too dense. The texture is sublime, with a tender crumb that dissolves effortlessly on the tongue. Perhaps there's a hint of coffee or nuts to add depth and complexity. And let's not forget the frosting - a silky smooth complement that balances perfectly with the cake, neither overpowering nor overshadowing. This is by far the best staycation i have ever been to. I have tried several hotels in Bahrain although other Hotels are huge and with beach access and all, but this hotel is something different! I can stay at the balcony all day reading my favorite book and the view is just spectacular! At first i thought this is again the usual overly marketed hotel with nice online pictures and all but disappoints once you actually visited the place …but no! It even exceeded my expectation! What you see is what you get and even more!! The spacious room and the amenities are very carefully chosen. The generous coffee display with the coffee machine in my room is an added factor! Two thumbs up and really 5 star!

Bad experience. First impression was good, but got worse each day. Room cleaning service is very unregulated. The bathroom is the worst part. Some days you get a bath towel for the floor, then the day after you don’t get one for 3 days and then it’s suddenly back. One day i had 2 towels, some day only 1. One day they took to clean towel away and only left the dirty one in the room. The shower is leaking. There is dust everywhere, even on furniture which should be cleaned each day (in pictures). The carpet in the room feels dirty while walking on barefoot. They don’t take away empty bottles and trash which is not in the trashcan. We are with a group of multiple people, all booked the same room, some people got a room with a bath, others didn’t. To not only say bad things, the breakfast is good. The staff in the restaurant is friendly and helpful. For the price/night the breakfast has many options.

The location is a bit far from the city center as it is a Seef area, but it is very close to the Seef Mall. The restaurants and malls I often go to are far away. We were housekeeping at the time of our visit and waited to check in at 20:30. Just cleaned, but the floor was wet and the bathroom tiles were broken. However, the space was pleasant, the service was good, and the stay was relaxed.

Thank you for your excellent hospitality; it surpassed my expectations.I am grateful to you and your team for the extraordinary service I enjoyed at your hotel. From the hotel service driver who picked me up and waited for me at the airport, front desk, the team at the dining who's making good food and also do room service every morning because of my early shift at work and most specifically the house keeping Mr. Sumon, he made sure that my room is clean every day and the other day i misplaced my passport i thought I've lost it and when i get back in my room from work my passport is there and he put it in the table. Thank you so much for keeping it safe. I really appreciate it. You all went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well cared for throughout my time with you(i still have one more week to go 😊) Thank you, and keep up the good work!

The room was fine - could do with a bit of refining here and there, since it's starting to be a bit old. The water from the bathtub/standing shower was leaking all over the floor, making it very slippery. Wouldn't even dry over night from a night time shower until next morning. The people in the reception was extremely nice, as was the parking manager outside, for the very limited parking spots. But it all worked out for the days that I was there. The music from the clubs/restaurants is extremely loud, and goes well past midnight. So if you plan an early sleep, this is not the place to stay. But the beds are very comfortable, and you can make the room totally dark with the curtains, so that is a plus as well. Hotel is easy to find, and well located when arriving by car. Would definately go there again, if i'm back in the country
