Part 1- When we entered our room was not even cleaned properly it had cigg buds and ashes on the floor.. we asked them to clean and they did….. & we were good till the time. Part 2- While check out we had to pay due amt 250 rs .. we asked the ***ager to give us QR code for the same.. he was de***ding more and very rudely.. he said he wont let us leave this property.. we repeatedly said give us QR so that we can be done with it and leave.. he started calling someone doing drama.. my husband and him had fight too. And then he took two rocks to hit us.. Really he took rocks to hitt.. (Trip advisor is not supporting to upload videos so i am attaching screenshot for the same) This is the kind of experience i had in 9.30 am. The very start of the day.. i hope it doesn’t happen with anyone else.. I think if we are going for a holiday we atleast expect a good conduct.. no matter it is 5 star or a budget hotel.. Supper disappointed.
