Red Earth Tadoba

my best safari experience ever. it was complete in every respect. busy safaris with great tiger sitings, followed by sumptuous food, relaxing massages and very large comfy rooms, I couldn't ask for more in my experience at Red earth tadoba. Right from the booking, where they arranged for all safaris (other lodges had been reluctant), the experience was awesome. we were lucky that the general manager, Jeswin who himself is a naturalist of repute, accompanied us on all 4 safaris. the spa, deep tissue 90 mins, by Akshay was very good. the food, an eclectic mix of local, continental and popular Indian was excellent with a large variety. the property was well spread out with a surprisingly long pool, and very nice playroom. the hospitality was warm, being headed by Pallavi. Shubham the bar tender made us some heady drinks, and another naturalist Huzaifa enthralled with his guitar one night. to summarise, just a complete safari holiday, couldn't have asked for more.

My stay at Redearth Tadoba Resort was nothing short of spectacular. The resort’s beautiful cottages, designed with rustic architecture, were an absolute delight. Each cottage featured wet tubs and open-to-sky washrooms, which added a unique touch of nature and luxury. The interiors were spacious and decently designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The property is conveniently located very close to Tadoba Zari Gate, making it an ideal base for wildlife enthusiasts. The abundance of wildlife, birds, and flora on the property itself gives you the enchanting feeling of staying inside a forest. You get to see beautiful birds even the nesting and observe their behaviour quietly. The property is rich in Biodiversity be it the trees the birds or insects. You get to see all of it in their natural habitat which is incredibly conserved. The bamboo bridge on a natural stream is a wonderful experience too. The resort offers a plethora of activities to keep guests entertained. The grand swimming pool was a refreshing escape, while the table tennis, carrom, and pool table provided fun indoor options. The library was a treasure trove of interesting reads, perfect for a quiet afternoon. And I must mention the spa, which was simply amazing and rejuvenating. It also offers cycles for enthusiasts. A special shoutout to the incredible staff who made my stay memorable. Naturalist Pallavi Kulkarni, Manager and Naturalist Jeswin, Naturalist Sanath, and Jes all provided excellent hospitality and company. Their knowledge, friendliness, and dedication truly enhanced my experience at the resort. Overall, Redearth Tadoba Resort is a perfect getaway with its beautiful cottages, diverse activities, and outstanding staff. Highly recommended for a memorable and relaxing stay.

The game drives are exceptional, the hotel facilities are incredible, you feel at home, but the best of all is the quality of the people, they are incredible, they really become your family the days you are there. Thank you all and special mention to our naturalist Huzaifa!!!

what a place! the resort is superb and all services are up to the mark. They give you a cooler with water and some snacks to be carried with you while you are in a safari. Gayatri in tthe front office ***** with others was vey helpful. The naturalists are also good to talk to. The resort will try their best to arrange safaris at competetive rates. Must go and stay resort.

We stayed at this property for two days. While the property itself is decent, it is horribly managed and maintained. Here are our main concerns: Health Issues: We experienced eye irritation and severe diarrhea after using the tap water in our room (evidence attached). It's highly likely that this contaminated water is also used in meal preparation. Inconvenient Dining Experience: Do not expect a pleasant dining experience. There is no room service, you can't enjoy wine in the restaurant, and you can't have dinner in the bar. These locations are 150 meters apart, making it impossible to have a relaxed experience. Unprofessional Staff and Food Incident: Our food order was denied because the tandoor was not operational due to a lack of staff. However, we found half the staff drinking in the bar, including the manager. They were loud, inappropriate, and made female guests uncomfortable with their hyena-like laughs. This place is run under the guise of sustainable tourism, but the staff is untrained and unprofessional. Special Occasion Letdown: Do not go there to celebrate any special occasions. You cannot have a proper wine-dine experience after spending a significant amount of money. The inability to get room service, enjoy wine at the restaurant, or have dinner at the bar ruins the special experience. Overpriced and Corrupt Practices: The place is run by a bunch of nibba-nibbis who call themselves naturalists, trying to sell overpriced safaris and cheat guests. They ask for under-the-table tips and bribes for basic services. Despite being told outside liquor is not allowed, we saw staff and other guests drinking their own alcohol. Lack of Basic Amenities: The intercoms do not work, and despite needing to walk around at night, no torches are provided. Communication with the reservations desk is difficult. Power and Water Issues: There are frequent power cuts, and the backup takes 15 minutes to kick in. We experienced 15-20 power cuts in two days, leaving us without water during these times. Security Concerns: There is no security at the gate, leaving your vehicle at risk. Avoid this place, especially with family, as it will ruin your vacation.

Our stay at Red Earth Tadoba was fantastic. The host couple Jezreena and Jeswin are very warm and went the extra mile to ensure our family was comfortable. The naturalists in the property are very knowledgeable and we enjoyed all the small activities they organized for us. Of course the safaris were the most memorable part of the holiday with some beautiful sightings. The staff also paid attention to our group’s small food preferences and requirements. Huzefa and Pallavi are the other hosts we would like to appreciate. Spa is staffed by trained professionals. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed in tadoba for 3 days and were totally satisfied. Food was very good with variety. Staff was extremely helpful prompt and friendly. It was like a family. Stay was an amazing experience as the management of the place is very ecologically sensitive. Resort is huge and gives superb connect with nature. The adjoining pool with our room was clean. Overall it was a satisfying stay and would definitely avail of their services at other cities as well.

Every one at the place make you feel warm, the food was lip smacking. The entire staff of the resort is pampering you & always ready to make things happen for you. We were supposed to checkout early in the morning still the restaurant (mr. Vaibhav) arranged packed breakfast for us. Also it was raining when we returned from our safari the was very courteous to welcome us & arranged for complimentary tea & snacks as we were caught up in rain. Had a very exciting & warm experience. Will always remember the experience & highly recommended.

Amidst of jungle, away from the hustle and bustle of city , Red Earth Tadoba is a premium stay bordering the Zari zone of famous Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. Its a beautiful and big property (i think more than 8 acres) with greenery and a creek. It consists of 20 beautiful air conditioned cottage. We stayed at cottage number 17. As we availed public transport to reach the place , the management arranged for all pick and drops post that. They were cordial, welcoming and cooperative. Both Zari Core and Zari Peth Gates are very close to this property. I really loved the gesture that they have employed the locals generating employment. Coming to the food and refreshments - it was really good. Morning, they had arranged a breakfast buffet which consisted of Poha, Aloo Parantha, Egg items, Idlis, Fruits etc. Cooking was really good. Lunch and dinner were equally enjoyable as well. I did not even a see a grumpy person there. I loved the huge pool and the cycles as well. With the beautiful experience gained from here, we are discussing amongst ourselves to visit more red earth properties. Probably Gokarna or Kabini. I would like wish the entire Team of Red Earth Tadoba all the best for making our stay memorable.
