My family and I were taken care of by Kishore, who was an exceptional host. He helped us from the moment we arrived until the day we departed, always making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The Hard Rock hotel is well equipped with everything one could desire on a family vacation. The swimming pool and beach have a great atmosphere frequently filled with music events and activities. The food is top notch and very diverse. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy from a wide range of activities, such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (highly recommended), weight training center, Zumba classes and more. We will definitely return for a second round of paradise.

We recently stayed at Saii Lagoon, and I can't say enough about this place. The property is simply wonderful, and the staff is exceptional. We had a dreamy stay, and this was largely due to the kindness and efficiency of the staff. Yasser was particularly attentive and ensured our stay was most enjoyable. His availability, professionalism, and friendliness truly made a difference. I highly recommend Saii Lagoon to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in a beautiful setting with top-quality service. What other hotel in the world gives you a Bon Voyage cake for breakfast on the day of checking out? Admittedly I'd been staying there for nearly 3 weeks, but when the cake turned up with the kitchen staff in tow it was a surprising culmination to 3 weeks of excellent service, tasty food, and comfortable sleeping. The hotel is very conveniently located within 5 minutes' walk of the ferry from the airport. Or you can take the hotel’s car, but why would you not take a boat in the Maldives? There’s a choice of restaurants, breakfast with just about every choice you could wish for, and a small gym. There’s also a pool next to the roof-top restaurant with the best view in the Indian Ocean. Most people probably spend only a day or two in Male, but if you’re looking for somewhere very pleasant to spend that time, Hotel Jen should be at the top of your list.

From the second we got there - we were treated amazingly! From the check in process to the room to everything in between - the start of our honeymoon couldn’t be more spectacular. First the service - very attentive and helpful, and they had all these special treats for us because it was our honeymoon. Second the room - feels like a NY high rise but every inch was meticulously planned with a balcony and ocean view - it was the best. The front staff are very helpful, we got to explore the capital a bit before leaving which was a great experience - such a rich culture! The food was amazing as well - the dinner was so tasty, and the buffet breakfast included was phenomenal. We can’t say enough good things about this place. 10/10!!

After a bad experience this holiday booking somewhere on the other island opposite Male for our forward journey, I was getting my hopes up! But upon arriving at Somerset we were greeted with smiles, a drink and cold towels. Not to mention the lovely driver who gave us some information on the city during the drive from the airport. The hotel, by any standard, ticks all the boxes! The restaurant has the best food and after walking around the street we decided we wouldn’t eat anywhere else. The staff go above and beyond and were friendlier than the island resort we’d spent 5 days at. This was the first time we actually wanted to ‘tip’ the staff. The room has everything you need. Yes the air conditioner in the main room smells a bit but it’s the same in Bali. It can’t be helped with the humidity! And the other comment about the call to prayer noise, you’re coming to a country that has their own traditions and I can’t see why you wouldn’t be respectful of that. Thanks for a fantastic stay and I will definitely be recommending to other friends.

Domestic seven days home level, stay one night transfer to the island

The location is a bit more, in a small alley. But the environment inside is still very clean, with air conditioning is very cool, bathroom with shower is very clean, but the room is too small, the luggage can only be left standing. Breakfast included, only free pick-up / drop-off once, $ 5 pick-up per person is required. In addition, an environmental tax of USD 3 per person will be attached after arrival.

Meets expectations. It has air conditioning, which is very important for the Maldivian climates. Price accordingly. The bathroom was not in the room but separate, although it is for private use of the room, meaning it is not shared with anyone. The room is small but perfect for a night before the trip. Excellent location. Good airport transfer service.

This is my 2nd stay at Tourist Inn... Oh, as a matter of fact, my 3rd stay because I decided to extend another day because of return flight was very late night and it was pass the check out time. Nevertheless, I truly enjoyed the hospitality of the staff - both Nawaz (the owner) and the workers. Once again, a true gesture of hospitality and going above and beyond when Nawaz picked me up from the jetty from my trip to Maafushi and took me to the jetty again to catch the airport ferry during my departure. He graciously offered me his bus pass for by day of exploration of the nearby Hulhumale - which made be practically experience various modes of transport in Male City - motorbikes (riding in tandem with him), cab, public bus (which was a very decent and on time), and the airport ferry. It was truly a cultural experience in Male, which I fancy, Additionally, just like my first stay at Tourist Inn, the room (4th level) was immaculately clean. Other details worth mentioning are: -warm shower -generous unlimited free wi-fi and was considerably fast (by my standard) -shared kitchen spotlessly clean with basic cutlery -coffee and tea in the room with an option to use Keurig -welcome fruits during my second stay which I love since I am vegetarian -good channel selections particularly local channels which I love for cultural experience -with a lift considering the facility is small but cute. I purposely avoided the lift for exercise. -great place to experience the local culture since the hotel is in the local area and very accessible to all shops, groceries, restaurants, bus stations, jetties. I love walking and the location has made me work out and enjoy the Maldivian culture as I walk around Male. -prompt in responding to questions and needs .... WhatsApp is truly a great tool!!! So many things to say about Tourist Inn... don't hesitate just book it in your stay in Male for great cultural experience. The hotel is well secured. Maldives is safe nation.
