We arrived here a bit early, the room was ready but rather than letting us into the room for free since we had already paid, we were charged $30 for "early check in" the time is 9am. We were told we could check in around 11 for free. So 2 hrs cost us. Just to add, the room originally cost 50. Dirty room as seen in the picture"

"I was quite satisfied with this hotel as a transit stop. It's just a few minutes' walk from the popular currency exchange and souvenir shops I saw on Xiaohongshu. The room was great, ocean-facing, so I could catch the sunrise. There's a Chinese restaurant downstairs with authentic food. The staff were also very helpful; they even contacted our resort hotel for us and took us to the airport to hand us over to the resort staff."

"The hotel is close to the airport and the rooms are spacious. However, the service was subpar. There's a sandy shallows with coral fish in front of the hotel. My next hotel had arranged for a pickup at 12:40, but the hotel car only arrived at 12:50. They dropped us off at T2 and the driver told us to wait for someone to pick us up. We waited for a long time, but no one showed up. Eventually, I went around to each counter myself and finally found the representative from my next hotel. He told me he had called our previous hotel many times, but no one answered, and he even showed me his call logs! This hotel wasn't cheap, at 2000 a night, it definitely wasn't worth the price."

"The ladies at the reception were simply excellent. They were kind, responsive, and helped us move to another room. We didn't realize the hotel was on the main street, and our windows faced directly onto it. The noise was absolutely unbearable; it was impossible to relax or even nap, even with earplugs in. We stayed for two days, and on the second night, we managed to move to the other side of the hotel (facing the ocean), which was quiet. Thanks to the girls for that 🙏. Besides them and the convenient location, we didn't like anything else. In both rooms, there was no hot water in the shower. It's stuffy in Male, and we showered 3-4 times, all with cold water. Luckily, we didn't get sick. There was no toilet paper in either room, so we had to ask for it. Both rooms also lacked shampoo and shower gel; the bottles were empty, and there was only a tiny bit of soap left at the bottom. In the noisy room, there was an ideal king-size bed. In the quiet room, the queen-size bed was extremely hard, like sleeping on planks. The male staff were very unhappy; one was loudly shouting on the phone outside the hotel, which was very unprofessional. Food was very meager: peas, beans, sausages, and eggs. The peas and beans were completely tasteless. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Such a stay spoiled our impression of the trip."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The two queen-bed room I requested in advance was reserved properly, which saved me a lot of trouble during check-in. The room is spacious and immaculately cleaned, equipped with soft bedding that ensured a comfortable sleep. Great soundproofing blocked out noise from the corridor effectively. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, finishing the check-in process quickly. Benefiting from its prime location, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making sightseeing extremely convenient. The public areas are tastefully decorated and well-maintained with thoughtful details. This hotel offers outstanding value for money compared with other properties at the same price range. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to all travellers."

"I don't expect too much from a quick hotel stay. While there were no toiletries and only three small bottles of water, the excellent airport shuttle service really made up for it. The hotel has its own restaurant with good food that's open until 11:30 PM. Plus, a popular lobster restaurant is conveniently located nearby."

"Sany and Jim were very kind and helpful during our stay. There were issues with the heating device (ecb not turned on) followed by wifi being down for an entire 1-2days (due to a nearby ongoing work construction). Most issues were resolved quickly by them. Location was great, right by the ocean so you can walk down easily to catch the sunrise. However, we did wish the amenities could have been better - heater, water pressure. These were things beyond the staff’s control and I’m sure it could have made the stay even more enjoyable! Overall still a good accommodation, if you’re mainly using it as a base for your dive trips, water sports, etc. Thanks Sany and Jim!"
