Excellent hotel, very clean, the room was cleaned every day, 3 liters of drinking water were provided for a family of 2 adults and 2 children every day. Very polite and responsive staff. We went on an evening fishing excursion from the hotel. We caught 10 fish. The next day, we had 5 fish fried for dinner at the hotel restaurant and the buffet was provided for free. It was very tasty.

The hotel has a free public swimming pool. The room facilities are very new and clean. The location is also very good. The beach is only three minutes away. The service is also very good. It is a highly recommended hotel with high cost performance.

Attentive staff during breakfast, accommodating for allowing us an hour late check out and staff going the extra mile to make sure that our stay throughout was comfortable . Our requests were dealt with efficiently.
Small request is to maintain cleanliness also at the sky beach hotel beach for guests to have pleasant experience when using the beach area.

We had a very good time, the hotel is very welcoming and nice. The staff were very helpful. the rooms are large and always clean. The beach is just 2 minutes walk . The food served is in line with what is offered in the restaurants on the island. The chef is keen to offer good service. We enjoied the stay

Very thankful to Mali and her husband! They were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient.Food was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Thank you Mali 🌺 The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!!!

The pool didn't look like it was cleaned, the water was murky and there were no rules implemented for people to take a shower before getting in the pool. Very poor customer service was provided. We weren't being attended to when we arrived and had to wait a long time. They also lost our luggage and we waited 7 hours for them to be able to find it. No compensation was provided for all that lost time and inconvenience apart from one free dinner buffet. The rooms were nice but would not recommend this place to anyone. I guess there is an issue with General Management…

When we arrived we were told to wait as our room was not ready we had to wait around 2 hours until the room was ready for us to check in. It seems that they favor tourists over locals and didn’t provide the same services. The room itself was nice but there were problems that came with it such as bad odor when we first walked in, the fan not working properly and the bathroom lacked soap and it also had a weird smell to it. The buffet provided by the place is not worth the money as there is a very limited amount of options to choose from. We booked sky beach in resort to it having a pool but upon arrival it seemed that the pool was not well maintained and the pool water was murky, as well as the location of the pool was not convenient at all as it was right in front of the eating area which provides no privacy at all.

The staff were both professional and accommodating in every way fast , efficient and always beautiful natured. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The room was great in all ammenities such comfy beds 🥰cool air conditioning to come back too and being English no end of supply of Tea 🤣. Food availability at the hotel was amazing thanks to some beautiful kitchen staff for wonderful food 💓. I’m already planning to go back. Warmest Regards Rachael
